Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end. La chambre était très belle, propre et confortable. Le dîner était excellent, tout comme le petit-déjeuner. Le personnel était agréable et très professionnel.

Cons:

Rien à signaler : nous avons passé un très bon séjour et reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
Pros:

Hôtel idéalement situé en bord de mer, proche du centre, calme avec une vraie vue mer.
Personnel agréable et disponible.
Petit déjeuner proposant des produits variés dont des gâteaux « maison » dans une jolie salle avec vue sur la mer et une jolie terrasse.

Cons:

La chambre est un peu étroite mais la salle de bain est très agréable. Les bouteilles d’eau n’étaient pas remplacées tous les jours. Aucune petite attention : ni verre de bienvenue, ni chocolats ou autres spécialités locales dans la chambre comme c’est généralement le cas dans un hôtel 5 étoiles.

Bel hôtel qui manque toutefois de prestations côté culinaire et côté plage tarif plus raisonnable.
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil, le voiturier et le réceptionniste. Le confort de la chambre , spacieuse avec machine à café/thé. Le confort également de la literie, la propreté et la TV grand format. La petite piscine sympa. Les petites attentions : produits nuxe et la facilité du parking qui était gratuit.

Cons:

Notre chambre était au 1er étage , la vue doit être bien plus dégagée au second ou troisième. Côté restauration, carte réduite. Nous aurions apprécié une planche mixte charcuterie + fromages accompagnée de tomates cerise et de raisins et peu de choix au restaurant le soir. Par ailleurs, transat à la plage de l'hôtel beaucoup trop onéreux. L'accès à un hôtel 5* n'est pas digne; bitume avec de gros trous. Nous pensons que l'hôtel doit négocier voire prendre à sa charge la réfection de la route menant au parking et à l'hôtel lui même. Enfin, le mini bar de la chambre 3 boissons soft et une bouteille d'eau, attente de plus de choix pour la catégorie de l'hôtel, comme des chocolats, une corbeille de fruits ...

great location, maybe not worth the price if you cannot afford all the extras and tip the staff.

The private beach (that can be booked without being at the hotel)

Cons:

Probably my fault getting a good deal on Booking and then hoping to have 5 stars service. First night the toilets did have a problem and made tons of noise, we got put into another room but just to sleep because that room was rented the next day. Staff there was no problem with the toilets, but the technician said this is a known problem with our room and they ordered replacement parts. So I got the problematic room. There is valet parking but they put my car into their secondary parking and I got it back covered with birds fesces.
So yes Probably my fault for expecting good service for the money paid but I was not their usual clientele and it felt.
