Если я верно поняла - здесь компании арендовывают блоки и продают номера. Одно большое здание - много разных резортов. От аэропорта 5 минут на машине, очень удобно между рейсами остановиться. Территория неплохая, бассейн чистый, есть симпатичный бар на берегу. В ресторане на первом этаже приемлемые завтраки. Для взрослых выбор нормальный, для детей не очень - каши нет, отдельно овощей мало. На территорию пускают такси grab, доставку же надо забирать у шлагбаума. На территории есть еще несколько кафе.
Заселение принципиально с 14:00. Мы прождали 3 часа, и нас с маленьким ребенком, который после перелета отрубился на диване на ресепшен отказались заселять раньше. Странно, если номера начинают убирать в 12:00, неужели ни один номер не был готов чуть раньше ? Тем более что данный отель я выбирала в том числе потому что было указано, что есть раннее заселение. Письмо о том, что у них наплыв гостей прислали уже позже. Я подошла на стойку в 13:53, но девушка сказала ждать еще 7 минут😁ну ок. Номер нам дали с двумя раздельными кроватями. Обещали позвонить поменять, так и не связались с нами с ресепшен. Да и как? Телефон не работал) починить не пришли. Команда bai dai resort отвечала на сообщения быстро, предложила сдвинуть кровати, но к сожалению, сотрудники на месте так и не поняли, чего мы от них хотим. Первый раз они пришли и просто застелили большую простынь, оставив дырку между кроватями. Второй раз притащили два матраса и постелили на одну кровать 😄 мы уже отчаялись и кое как перестелили сами . Уборка так себе, кружки не моют даже, под кроватью пыль. Дверь в ванную вовнутрь открывалась , перегораживая проход к туалету. Нужно было боком протиснуться сначала в душевую, закрыть дверь, только чтобы потом попасть в туалет. Отдельно хочу выразить удивление сотрудниками ресепшена - я много лет живу и путешествую по Азии, но впервые столкнулась с таким равнодушием. Мы на вьетнамском через переводчик писали вопросы, но они просто отворачивались и уходили. Так и не получилось ни бугги вызвать ни про трансфер уточнить. Думаю, что команда bai dai должна обратить на это внимание
This was my first time coming to Vietnam and staying at this resort. Overall, I had a really good experience and I think everyone should try it.
- The sea view is very beautiful, and the place is really big. You can walk or ride a bike around easily. I don’t often see a resort this large.
- All 4 buildings look very nice. I stayed in the "light" building, and the view of the walking street was amazing. At night, when the lights turn on, it looks so beautiful.
- The food was good for me and my family. They also have vegetarian food. The price is okay, not too expensive even though it’s a restaurant. You can contact the hotel to book meals when you book your room.
- There are so many things to use: spa, gym, kids’ area, and fun activities like archery and cycling. It feels like they have everything.
- The swimming pool is very big and clean. It looks really nice at night with the lights.
- The staff are very kind and friendly. I’m not good at speaking English, but they were very patient and helped me a lot. - They even waited for me to type on my phone.
- The room is beautiful and clean. The design looks classic and luxury. It feels special and different. Love the color.

Bữa nghỉ lễ k biết đi đâu nên mình chọn đi resort cho nhanh gọn, đi rùi mới thấy đáng giá tiền thật á mng, resort này mình k biết xây lâu chưa nhưng mà chỗ phòng mình book ở trang này thì thấy mới và sạch sẽ lắm luôn, view ok, đặt phòng thấy phản hồi nhanh và cũng tư vấn nhiệt tình cho mình nữa. Đặt phòng ở đây có đặt thêm gói buffet được nên mình đặt luôn, đối với đồ ăn resort nói chung thì mình cũng k kì vọng mấy nhưng mình thấy vẫn ổn và đa dạng món nha, sáng dậy rồi xuống sảnh ăn luôn nói chung là tiện 8/10 nha. Về tiện nghi thì đầy đủ, có khu vui chơi cho người lớn trẻ em rồi hồ bơi phòng gym quầy bar các thứ nói chung hong thíu gì hết áaa, à rcm buổi tối mọi người đi dạo shophouse xong ra biển ngồi chill nha vui lắm kkk. Overall thì 9/10, đáng trải nghiệm và chắc chắc mình sẽ quay lại vì rộng quá mình vẫn chưa chơi hết được kkk
