Bữa nghỉ lễ k biết đi đâu nên mình chọn đi resort cho nhanh gọn, đi rùi mới thấy đáng giá tiền thật á mng, resort này mình k biết xây lâu chưa nhưng mà chỗ phòng mình book ở trang này thì thấy mới và sạch sẽ lắm luôn, view ok, đặt phòng thấy phản hồi nhanh và cũng tư vấn nhiệt tình cho mình nữa. Đặt phòng ở đây có đặt thêm gói buffet được nên mình đặt luôn, đối với đồ ăn resort nói chung thì mình cũng k kì vọng mấy nhưng mình thấy vẫn ổn và đa dạng món nha, sáng dậy rồi xuống sảnh ăn luôn nói chung là tiện 8/10 nha. Về tiện nghi thì đầy đủ, có khu vui chơi cho người lớn trẻ em rồi hồ bơi phòng gym quầy bar các thứ nói chung hong thíu gì hết áaa, à rcm buổi tối mọi người đi dạo shophouse xong ra biển ngồi chill nha vui lắm kkk. Overall thì 9/10, đáng trải nghiệm và chắc chắc mình sẽ quay lại vì rộng quá mình vẫn chưa chơi hết được kkk

The actual resort is still under construction. So both hotels operate out of one of the location (2 reception areas set up in the lobby) and the one for Arena is like a pop up stall. My partner and I were travelling around Vietnam looking for wedding venues, traveling every 2-3 days either by flight or train to the next location- so in all the rush and exhaustion I’d booked the twin deluxe room accidentally. We’d just travelled 13 hours on train and 1 hour taxi from the city at 9pm, all we wanted to do was check in, shower, eat and sleep. The receptionist couldn’t really speak English, so trying to get our room changed to a king bed rather than the twin bed presented impossible, they couldn’t figure out how to change our room in the system. So after a long back and forth we just took the twin room and asked if we could get the bed made up as one bed rather than two twins- receptionist said this wouldn’t be a problem. At no point during our 3 night stay did anyone come to make the beds even after we gave reminders (we could tell someone had been in the room to make it up once during our stay but had only changed the towels, didn’t touch the beds).
As for food, the receptionist said they had 1 restaurant which was a seafood restaurant open till 9:30. We rushed around trying to find our room and drop our baggage off (if something calls itself a resort they would normally take your luggage to your room for you and show you where to go) then run to the restaurant, and the food was the worst we had in Vietnam. The steak we ordered tasted like defrosted meat that’s been in the freezer too long, and my seafood pasta had undercooked chunks of random seafood including two entire squids - no flavour other than “fishy”. There were 2 staff members manning the entire restaurant and there was a party next door which they also seemed to be manning, so it was very difficult to order food or even a drink.
