Das verlängerte Wochenende hat sich gelohnt.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war immer frisch und alles dabei. Die Lage in der Dorfmitte ist ideal. Das Personal sehr freundlich, mehrsprachig und zuvorkommend.

Tutto estremamente pulito, personale gentilissimo.
Molto comodo per raggiungere gli impianti per lo sci!

Unica annotazione: lo spazio per il buffet colazione dovrebbe essere ampliato.

Accogliente e pulita

Cons:

La poca trasparenza di una receptionist, al mio arrivo le ho chiesto se ci fossero delle agevolazioni e mi ha detto di no.
Al momento della consegna chiavi nel pomeriggio mi consegna una tessera con un 20% di sconto su diverse attività e negozio.
Quando gliel’ho fatto notare a fatto finta di nulla

Lage war super, nahe am Übungslift; leider zu wenig Schnee für das grössere Gebiet

Teilweise war das Personal noch nicht so tief drin, alle Fragen zu beantworten (vieles schien neu zu sein)

Pros:

La struttura è molto bella, credo ristrutturata da poco perchè gli ambienti sono molto belli e nuovi. Bella la SPA.

Cons:

Occorre una migliore organizzazione sia per il servizio cena che soprattutto colazione. Forse il personale è sottodimensionato. Per colazione ci hanno apparecchiato un tavolo che aveva tutte le briciole e lo sporco di chi lo aveva utilizzato prima. Mancavano i piatti per prendere il cibo, le brioches alle nove erano finite e non sono più state riassortite. Insomma il tutto un pò caotico, è solo un consiglio per migliorare, occorre maggiore organizzazione e forse più personale dedicato.
