とても良かったです。　10回ぐらいは宿泊してます。
Pros:

浴室が他のホテルと比べると広くて快適です。

Cons:

立地とかを考慮しても騒がしいところなので静かに過ごしたい人には向かないです。

C'est très bien pour le prix et l'emplacement
Pros:

L'emplacement est impeccable à 2 min du métro. Le personnel est très gentil, surtout la dame qui m'a accueilli.

Cons:

Pas de lit mais des futon très fin sur le sol dur.

利用して良かったです
Pros:

トータルしての感想は、サービス内容の割にリーズナブルな点がとても良かったです。
個室以外では、共用の浴場・シャワー・トイレ・自販機と、最低限に設備面と衛生面とがバランスがとれており、
近くにもコンビニがあり、電車の利用も駅が近めなので、個人的にはコストに見合って良いと思いました。

Cons:

深夜の状況は、宿泊者の方達にもよりますが、床など室内への音がとても響きやすく、廊下の足音・他室からの話し声等が
大変響き渡ります。（ホテル側からの利用について注意喚起もあり）
又、通気換気のためか空気は清潔なのですが、その分、窓解放による屋外からの車・トラックなどの音など、
熟睡されたい方・眠りの浅い方は音対策としてイヤーウィスパー（耳栓など）事前のご用意おすすめします。
又、禁煙室利用というわけではなかったので時期的にもエアコンは一切使用してないですが、
灰皿があったので喫煙可の部屋だったと思います。（敷布団にもタバコの焦げ跡あり）
今回、室内の匂いはエアコン不使用でも気にならない程度でしたが、室温の快適性をとる場合、エアコンからの匂いは
もしかしたら気になったかもしてません。（エアコン使用してないので不明ですが‥）
室内面積をできるだけ広くさせたいせいか、靴脱ぎ場がとても狭かった。（靴の履き脱ぎがしずらかった）
