駅から近く、新世界も歩いてすぐだし、何よりこの価格でテレビ、冷蔵庫、エアコンがあり凄くお得です。私は使いませんでしたが大浴場、24時間使えるシャワーもあって便利です。また利用させて頂きます。

安くてトイレやシャワーが清潔

I can't understand why people leave bad reviews. The management seems to listen to customers feedbacks. No bad smell of cigarettes in the non smoking rooms or any part of the hotel (now apparently they use air purifier) - in the entrance hall there's a nice smell (they have nice ambient perfume automatic machine) - you can easily do your laundry (equipment a little bit old but do the job) - no weird, drunk or sketchy people (everybody mind their own business) - staff is very polite and patient with foreigns - many people complained for the area being unsafe but in my experience this wasn't true! I went outside in the middle of the night and nobody bothered me ( + I have also seen police patrolling the are). The price is ridiculous cheap and make it perfect for solo travellers on budget! So manage your expectations! The room is small but clean. The futon I found it comfortable (first time for me). Toilets are clean (regularly cleaned). Overall I enjoyed my stay. Location is good although on the back street (and generally around) there are some "sketchy" bars (nice girls that drag you in to make you spend by getting drunk) but if you have common sense - trust me - you gonna be safe. Ah nearby there is a nice ramen place - with 2000¥ you get a nice bowl+half litre bear (and it's open till very late!) - foreigners are welcome.

整體住宿體驗不錯，設施齊全。
尤其是洗手間清潔做得相當頻密，這點很值得一讚。早上見到馬桶有屎漬，到中午再去時已經清潔乾淨，可見職員有定時巡查和認真打理，衛生情況令人放心。
