2. The pictures do not live up to reality, the pictures are very misleading, for example, the room in the pictures was not the one I got. In addition, the pictures also showed a sofa in the living room.

3. The apartment is really dirty, the furniture is dusty and it is clear that the focus is on making the most money possible with the least possible costs. Then there is all the cutlery in the kitchen, which is also very damp and dirty, I cannot recommend anyone to use it, it requires a thorough washing up, and this is made more difficult if there is no hot water available.

4. A lot of noise at the apartment. If you want a quiet and peaceful night with a lot of sleep, then this is not the right accommodation... There are a lot of dogs in the area and they are A LOT noisy, and that's 24/7!

5. Threatening staff. During my 30-day stay, I was threatened with having to move, threatened with an extra bill for cleaning and generally treated poorly... Among other things, I was accused of having made the apartment dirty, especially the bathroom, where the owner thought it was me who had made it dirty, even though I didn't use the bathroom much, because there was only cold water available during parts of my stay.

La limpieza era horrible. Estaba todo sucio. La ducha del baño con pelos de otras personas. Faltan muebles que aparecen en la imagen. El vidé estaba sucio. El sitio era en el boquetillo y es un barrio peligroso de la zona. Todos los días estaba la policía en el portal del edificio por problemas de la gente.

Von der Einbauküche waren die Türen schief und das Holz ist aufgequollen.
Der Türrahmen vom Bad ist ebenfalls aufgequollen.
Im Bad leichter Schimmel.
Abstand vom WC zum Bd viel zu gering, selbst meine Frau musste sich seitlich setzten.....
In unserem Zimmer hat roch Muffig, obwohl das Fenster offen war.
Im Zimmer hatten wir nur eine Steckdose, für den Lüfter, leider war das Kabel zu kurz um den Lüfter ideal zu positionieren.

Fazit
Würde das Zimmer nicht mehr buchen!

La zona, no la recomendaría para una chica que viaje sola.

Sharing the facilities, not knowing when someone was in the bathroom etc but even that wasn't so bad once you got used to it.

Disturbing crowd outside, damp inside - a heating cooling machine could save a lots!

I found the floor a bit grubby so I had to wear my sandals when walking around. The bathroom was small but it was fine for me. I would recommend putting bins and a smaller lamp in the rooms. It didn't matter to me but there are 3 flights of stairs so anyone with heavy suitcases may struggle a bit.
