Location was quite good near Metro Station and staff is very friendly and helpful.
Aircondition should have maintained properly in this hot weather🤐 it was working fine though its not a complaint just a feedback.

AC was not working. At reception first I was told that I have booked in a different hotel later after talking with customer care they provided the room. Bedsheets were not upto mark

The hotel raises its price and does not accept booking rates.
They dont even allow check in to booking.

All the think are good but this property need to something construction on room, like painting, electronic switch board repairing and try to room service proving, and make sure change the bed sheet for new customer and clean bed sheet
Room service not available, and some place are not clean near about electric switch board, bed sheet,
They changed almost doubled, they were not ready to listen and forced me to pay. I checked in the night time after my office so I had no option to go anywhere hence I decided to stay there and paid whatever they want. Basically I dicived by the booking.com and the hotel.
The staff was polite. The prices where decent according to the property.

Location is very near to Metro Station 51 (just 300 mts) , They have only illeterate Male staff ( dont expect a classical welcome) but they deal properly.
Hotel Rooms are very good , neat and clean with all facilties working and runnig , you will face airtel network issue in their ground floor , so prefer 1st floor. But parallely they have good Wifi.
Staff is co-operative.
Major concern :- They charge more than the booking once I reach there, they were not accepting that whatever shows on Booking.com is the right fare and will ask you more money (approx total charge as 800 per room)
Hotel is good for bachelors and couples only but not at all recommened for Family and people expecting attractive hotel location and environment.
It good for stay for those are in need only.
Car parking is on open road.
