A wonderful experience to stay at this wonderful place.
The property is beautiful surrounded by magnificent old trees and vegetation! The management of this hotel has trained their staff well! They were welcoming, gracious and willing to help with what ever you needed. We left some clothing items in the wardrobe and the staff contacted us and arranged to send the items to our home address.

Room was clean and quiet.
During our stay, there was no hot water available throughout the night. This not only made showering challenging and unpleasant but also rendered the "hot tub"—a major feature and selling point of the room—completely unusable. Additionally, even if hot water had been available, it would have taken over two hours to fill the "hot tub" to an adequate level.
Furthermore, I booked the room under the impression that breakfast was included, yet the offering consisted solely of a small plate of fruit and a piece of bread. For a room priced at nearly 4,000 MXN per night with "breakfast included," I would not expect to be charged extra for basic items such as eggs and tortillas (chilaquiles).

The hotel is located in the middle of a manglar. The room and bathroom were large and comfortable. The restaurant cuisine and service were good. The pool area comfortable.

We booked our room for the jacuzzi bath tub but there was not enough hot water to make it happen. The outdoor hot tub was not hot. They advertised bikes but they were not available and in the shop while we were there.
Is a beautiful property with lots of trees
In the guacamaya suite you can hear all the noises from the kitchen and smells. The food was at least at May first dinner not exactly what was describe in the menu. We never had hangers in our closet, but at the time we were leaving they stop me to ask for the hangers.
