חוויה קשה ולא נעימה בכלל. הייתי צריכה להגיע עם הוריי המבוגרים, ובמהלך התקשורת עם המארח הוא דרש מאיתנו לשלם מאות שקלים נוספים במזומן עבור שהייה בשבת
דבר שלא הובהר בצורה ברורה בזמן ההזמנה. כמשפחה דתית, וגם כשאין תחבורה ציבורית בשבת ואין אפשרות פשוט לעזוב, הרגשנו שמופעל עלינו לחץ לא הוגן לשלם סכום נוסף.
כאשר ביקשנו הבהרות ופנינו לעזרה מבוקינג, המארח הגיב בצורה אגרסיבית ולא נעימה, כולל הודעות קוליות כועסות, מה שגרם לנו להרגיש חוסר ביטחון ולוותר על השהות.
בנוסף, לאחר פנייה לשירות הלקוחות, הוחזר רק חלק קטן מהסכום (390 ש"ח) לאחר מאבק, למרות שלא קיבלנו את השירות בפועל.
ממליצה מאוד להיזהר ולבדוק היטב את כל התנאים מראש.
רמת שירותיות פשוט מזעזעת יחס תוקפני, חוסר כבוד מוחלט והתנהלות לא מקצועית.

Amazing. The best place to stay in Jerusalem 10/10

הדירה מדהימה - מאובזרת לגמרי ומרווחת. סופר נקי ונוח.
בעלי המקום היו סופר זמינים ונענו לנו לכל בקשה וצורך. נהנינו מאוד ובהחלט נחזור שנית.
וכמובן, היתרון הכי גדול - חדר השינה הוא ממ״ד שזה היה מושלם!! בזמן של מלחמה זה נתן לנו שקט מוחלט.

Cons:

לקח לנו קצת זמן למצוא חניה אבל אחרי סיבוב אחד מצאנו מקום חניה מעולה ונגיש מאוד..

I had a lovely stay at this place and would stay here again anytime.
Pros:

Very beautiful, brand new apartment in a quiet, residential area of Jerusalem. 8 min walk to the shuk. Staff was on site daily and they were super nice. Super speedy reaction time to requests.

Perfect. Central location. Well designed and decorated. Friendly and attentive staff
Pros:

Perfect. I stayed a week in two different rooms: very well planned and executed down to the smallest details. Has all amenities and tastefully decorated.
Tarik and rest of the staff were always helpful with every request or issue.

Cons:

Very central location for walking, yet take note there is no regular parking options on the area, if you have a car

Beautiful apartment suitable for Shabbos!
Pros:

The property was beautiful! The staff were very nice and helpful and helped with all of our questions. We had some requests to make sure we can stay there on Shabbat and they provided everything. The apartment was centrally located and we were able to walk to everything we wanted to go to. We were even able to do laundry in the in unit laundry machine!

דירות אירוח משופצות וחדישות, המיקום קרוב למחנה יהודה ולכל האיזור(במרחק הליכה) אך השכונה שקטה והבניין פנימי.
טארק מקסים! ענה על כל שאלה במהירות ובאדיבות בכל שעה ובנוסף דאג ובדק אם אני מסתדרת/צריכה משהו בכל זמן שהותי במקום ולאחר הצ'ק אאוט, איפשר לי להשאיר את המזוודה בצד עד שאחזור.
הדירות מאובזרות בהכל- כולל כלי מטבח, מיקרו, תנור, מקרר, כירה חשמלית ואפילו מכונת כביסה.
לקחתי דירת 2 חדרים- הדירה הייתה נקייה, המגבות והמצעים היו נעימים ועם ריח טוב.
הדירה הייתה מוארת ונעימה והחדר שינה הוא ממ"ד
(פלוס עיקרי בזמננו)
בטוחה שבביקור הבא שלי בירושלים, אגיע שוב!

Cons:

הדבר היחיד שלי אישית הפריע בדירה היה הכיור הקטן בחדר רחצה, הגישה אליו ושלא היה סביבו משטח להניח דברים.
ונקודה לשיפור- אם אפשרי להתקין עוד תאורה בחדר רחצה, הוא היה די חשוך באיזור המקלחון.
