Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment in Puerto Princesa. John was extremely kind and attentive throughout our stay. He was always available and ready to help, which made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of.

The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The swimming pool was a great bonus and perfect for relaxing after a day out.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Lugar limpio y tranquilo.
Pros:

Alojamiento amplio y muy limpio. El personal amable y atento. Buena ubicación para mantenerse al margen del bullicio y estar tranquilo, a su vez está cercano teniendo medio de transporte.

Cons:

Anunciar la piscina cuando está impracticable.

Nice quiet place to stay
Pros:

Nice big rooms, host was very helpful, when shower stopped working he replaced it.
Good tv system.
Comfortable bed

Guard on gate very helpful

It was good, could have been better.
Pros:

Beautiful room with all the comforts. Quiet good AC and bed. Small gym, with AC. Didn't use the pool, but it looked nice.

Cons:

Towels were hydrophobe and a bit smelly. No sheet on the bed just a blanket. We were not informed about limited staff availability due to new years celebrations. So we were stuck with smelly towels and no sheets. Good communication could have prevented this.
