Pros:

Staff excellent. Room quite nice. Pool area good. Food very good.

Cons:

Bit expensive but its Timor Leste where hotels are pricey for what you get

Would recommend hotel to improve their quality of food and keep the swimming clean.
Pros:

Property was fine and the location was next to jetty beach not the beach for swimming.

Cons:

Food was not of good quality and got diarrhoea due to food. Swimming pool was not properly cleaned.

Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic, was in a good location and pool was great!

Cons:

The staff didn’t speak the best English and when organising a driver it was rather expensive. No airport transport (you would think it’s included in the high price)

beautiful hotel in a good location but unclean shower floors
Pros:

Room and bed is comfortable.
Breakfast is excellent

Cons:

The shower floor has not been cleaned properly.

This a problem I had in 2025 when I experienced a shower floor not cleaned

Pros:

Хороший удобный отель с чистым и просторным номером. Хороший завтрак. Есть приятная внутренняя территория, где можно позагорать. Есть бассейн, но он не глубокий. В номере есть балкон.

Cons:

Достаточно дорогой отель. Доступ к Вай Фай пропал на 2-й день, т.к. кто-то другой подключился, но у меня была местная сим-карта с мобильным интернетом, поэтому проблем не возникло.

Pros:
