Great location in the Ardennes. What the hotel lack in facilities are more than made up for in the village. Most things

Great hotel, very modern and well presented. Had a flat battery and one of the staff found a mechanic and got me going. Great service

Cons:

The restaurant seemed to owned separately to the hotel which was a bit bizarre. It wasn’t open in the evening. Breakfast was a basic affair, to be paid separately at 15 Euros, which I thought a bit expensive

De locatie. Mooi uitzicht op de heuvels

Cons:

1. Het ontbijtbuffet was al een tijdje klaargelegd. Toen we aan de ontbijttafel kwamen, waren de plakken kaas al half gesmolten en niet afgedekt. Er was ook ham, niet beschermd dus open en bloot op de tafel, waar vliegen op zaten en rondzwermden...
2. De eigenaars leken niet vriendelijk. Weinig hartelijkheid. We hebben het gevoel dat ze hun job niet met plezier uitoefenden.
3. Bij aankomst bleek er een defect met de waterleidingen en konden we ons niet opfrissen.
4. Stof en stofdraden op de oppervlakten en muren van de kamer.

Geen mogelijkheid om te ontbijten. Het restaurant was gesloten. De hond mag wel mee maar tegen een erg hoge prijs voor 1 nachtje!!

Le réceptionniste pas poli il en a rien à foutre des clients la chambre pas propre des toiles d'araignées sur le plafond de la poussière la douche qui fuyait la télévision qui n'allait pas je lui ai dit il a rigolé et il m'a dit qu'il ne savait pas le faire que ce n'était pas son problème après on me réclame 15 € par personne pour le petit-déjeuner a déconseillé pour ma part je n'irai jamais plus dans cet établissement on devrait peut-être choisir son personnel pas compétent du tout hôtel de merde je suis encore poli

Chambre suffisamment grande et lit confortable.

Cons:

Il n'était pas prévu de payer un supplément de 15 euros pour notre petit chien (pas indiqué lors de la réservation).
Dèçus du restaurant car sur la réservation, on indiquait des menus et finalement c'était des plats à la carte style brasserie. Le site n'est pas à jour !

Cons:

Het ontbijt,als je iets vroeg was het te veel om bij te brengen,fruitsap moeten wachten de winkel was nog niet open.
Geen eitjes meer aangeboden.
Onvriendelijk personeel in de ontbijt ruimte.
tv werkte niet gaan vragen mo schijnt ol van in december in de kamer ongewenst bezoek spinnen in elke hoek

Deur naar kamers toe wordt niet gedloten. 'S nachts wakker geworden door gevonk op de deur.
Heel warme kamzr.
Prijs is veel te hoog voor het comfort dat maar werd geboden.

We hebben het beste er moeten van maken.
Pros:

Het ontbijt veel minder of het jaar ervoor,eitjes waren er ook niet meer.
Fruitsap veel te laat.

Cons:

Vriendelijk van personeel die het onbijt brachten was ver te zoeken.
We hebben 5 nachten verbleven 3 x moeten vragen om wc papier en niet gekregen.
Ze hebben in die tijd niet eens in de kamer geweest de handdoeken lagen voor de slaapkamer deur in een kartonnen doos.
Om maar te zwijgen wat er op de vloer lag in restaurant gedeelte .
