What was not too convenient was its remote location (unless you are arriving by car with GPS!) The instruction as to how to get there was unclear from the hotel side, I took a train and a bus, got off at the wrong spot, and I was only very lucky that a very nice local couple who stopped on the road when I was at loss gave me a lift by taking a pity of me! I highly recommend that the hotel prepare a very clear instruction as to which train to take, which bus to take and where to get off, how to walk from the nearest bus stop to the hotel entrance etc. (Also, after arriving by the hitch hike, I asked the hotel reception where is the nearest bus stop, and the instruction I received was incorrect, so, clearly, the hotel didn't even know where is the nearest bus stop to their hotel!!!)
The connection for the public transport (such as bus) was very limited in this remote location in the mountain, so, if the guests aren't driving, and coming to the hotel in the evening, or early morning, etc the only way to reach it is by taxi.

Other unpleasant experience I have had in this hotel was the seating arrangement for the breakfast, which was either disorganised, or discriminatory. Normally, guests should chose to sit anywhere which is free, but, in this odd hotel, staff dictates to tell where one must sit, even if other tables are free. In my particular case, they did not even have a proper record for my stay, so, initially, they refused to assign a table for me, taking a long time to sort it out. Then, after realising that I was their officially registered guest with a breakfast option, they were very strange about my seating, and after making such a fuss about final placement, they were very strict about the wrap up timing, chasing me out in the middle of eating, despite the fact that it was them who took a long time to let me start eating my breakfast. I gathered that this hotel is more used to hosting group booking, be it a big package tour, or a group of elderly...

Mir hat nicht gefallen, das mir meinen Tisch zum Frühstück zugewiesen wurde ohne die Möglichkeit zu habe mich zu entscheiden ob mir der Tischpartner passt. Zum Frühstück keine Croissants, keine große Auswahl an Wurst. Keine große Auswahl an Käse. Wenn die warme Milch Lehr war müßte ich warten bis sie nach 15 Minuten warm war.

Das es ein Kurhotel ist und in Booking als Wellnesshotel verkauft wird.Bademäntel nur gegen Aufpreis! Alles sehr alt, von Wasserhahn in den Badezimmern rede ich gar nicht ( Automatik schaltet sich innerhalb einer Sekunde ab), ein Horror!

Asi jedinou nevýhodou v ubytování bylo stravování. Po celou dobu našeho pobytu byla každý den formou bufetu podávána stejná snídaně, žádná obměna ani sezónní nebo jak udávají na stránkách hotelu regionální potraviny.

Nessuno dello staff parlava inglese (italiano,spagnolo) per questa ragione non è stato possibile capire niente dei servizi, la stanza era cosi calda che non siamo riusciti a dormire, non avevano neanche un ventilatore e neanche capivano cosa noi chiedevamo

Horaires des repas et de la réception limités

Das Hotel ist aus meiner Sicht eher ein Kur- und Gesundheitshotel und weniger für Familien mit älteren Kindern oder Jugendlichen geeignet. Weniger überzeugt hat uns das Frühstück. Die Auswahl war eher überschaubar und die Frühstückszeit nur bis 9:00 Uhr ist gerade im Urlaub recht knapp bemessen.

Das Kurhotel wird als Wellnesresort(was es nicht ist) angeboten. Das Haus und sein Personal ist nicht auf Hotelgäste und deren Wünsche ausgerichtet. Außerdem ist es gestattet,Hund mitzubringen. Auch das ist online nicht ersichtlich und nicht alle Hundebesitzer:innen haben ihre Tiere im Griff. Teilweise waren die Mitarbeitenden unfreundlich oder konnten unsere Sprache nicht. Hinzu kam eine wirklich laute Baustelle auf dem Dach des Hauses. Die Zimmerteinigung war nicht gründlich. Sauber Bettwäsche gab es nicht. Handtücher wurden nur an zwei Tagen gewechselt. Kurkarten haben wir nur auf Nachfrage erhalten...
Mir fällt nichts Positives ein

Ce n'est pas réellement un hôtel... Un échafaudage monter sur toute la façade donc pour la vue pas terrible, Réveiller avec le bruit des travaux... une coupure d'eau toute la matinée le seul jour ou nous sommes a l'hôtel, et la qualité de la salle de bain c'est une blague pour une chambre a plus de 200 euros la nuit ... le rapport qualité prix n'y est vraiment pas
