Pros: just a few walk from session road 👌
Good shower water,
Everything is almost provided.

Cons:

Cons: it's only on 2nd floor so all you see in the balcony is the roof of the building beside, but who need sight seeing if your roaming in baguio?

Pros:

For a small unit, it had mostly everything you'll need. Whoever designed the interiors really made use of the space. The kitchen was stocked, the bathroom was stocked, and the internet was alright. The location was good since it's in the city. There's also a laundromat downstairs which makes it convenient.

Cons:

There's no air-conditioning. You only have 1 fan upstairs where you sleep. I understand that Baguio is known to be cold, but in recent years that would not be the case. If the owner could read this I suggest putting a second fan downstairs near the tv unit and sofa.

Best Loft Accommodation in Baguio!
Pros:

My overall experience in Leon’s Den is superb! 💙🩵🤍

- Stay was a breeze. Cool atmosphere as well.
- My contact person is accommodating and very responsive.
- Utensils, appliances, toiletries, household materials, furniture and fixtures were complete.
- Building admin people was so nice.

I will definitely stay again here soonest!

Cons:

Water supply was disrupted/cut for at least 2 hours in the morning of my 2-consecutive days stay. Though, it does not affect my routine since I’m out of the unit and it was resolved with as soon as possible.
