Schöner Aufenthalt für ein paar Tage
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war grundsätzlich schön und die Mitarbeiter bemüht. Man hat hier und da gesehen, dass auf Sauberkeit etwas mehr Wert gelegt hätte werden können.
Das Frühstück war absolut ausreichen. Auch das Abendessen war für uns mehr als ok.

Cons:

Hier und da war es nicht ganz sauber und auch außen lag etwas Müll herum.

Wir kommen nächste Jahr wieder. Das einzige Hotel in der Gegend welches wir empfehlen können.
Pros:

Dss war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in bei Vital und wir waren mal wieder sehr zufrieden. Sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Essen. Die Zimmer sind sauber unser Zimmer war sogar frisch renoviert.

Pros:

Not much. The room was not as presented, and very decrepit. Wallpaper peeling off the walls, damaged nightstands, exposed electrical wires,black mold in the tub. Weirdly placed toilet inaccessible by anyone other than a small child.

Cons:

Bad service, I waited in my room.for 2 hours to have someone come check why the wifi was not working. No one showed. When I went down to the front desk to find out whats going on I was told it would not be fixed until next day and then ignored as the desk clerk talked over me to the next man waiting. So no wifi as advertised which caused me to miss a deadline for work. No mini bar, no mountain view. Noisy street below. The food was meh, nothing special. I had a facial in the "spa". Not at all relaxing as there were multiple people coming in and out of the room, all chattering like it was social hour. The service was rushed and abrasive, lasting only about 20 minutes. For 2500 tl. Ridiculously overpriced. Overall not at all worth staying here. Also the constant buring of insense in the spa was pervasive throughout the hotel. Not at all enjoyable.

Pros:

The hotel staff for the most part was very cordial. Excellent manager who finally resolved our issues by letting us check out early. The outside pool was nice, but only when warm outside. It was unpleasant to walk through the lobby and be outside in the cold during the winter.
Breakfast was great and their desserts were amazing at dinner.

Cons:

Overall cleanliness was not great. Both of our "nonsmoking" rooms reeked of cigarettes. We complained right away and were told it's the chemicals they use to clean, not cigarettes. Obviously that was not true. It took two days of negotiations to cut our stay short, because it was very hard to stay in those rooms as nonsmokers.
The situation at the dinner buffet was not great either in regards to cleanliness, and some food was definitely reused the next day. There was also little regard for food allergies, and you couldn't order a la carte from their restaurant after 5PM. Overall very disappointing experience that I'm glad we cut short. For the same price we moved to a 5 star hotel in Bursa. They really need to reevaluate their facilities/service, and at least lower the price to match what they offer. a 7 is being generous

Relaxing Stay!
Pros:

The room was spacious.
The hotel is very clean.
The spa, massage, and Turkish bath were great!
