Disappointing
Pros:

Breakfast was great & definitely the best bit of the stay
Great location

Cons:

The room was small. Lift to floor below & had to walk up a flight of stairs with luggage. Aircon set at a temperature & impossible to turn down. The Mini Bar was badly stocked & only had coke & one quarter bottle champagne not what was on the menu. Expensive for what was on offer

Pros:

I stayed in one of the rooms without a window and didn’t notice at all. The high ceilings made the space feel open, airy, and surprisingly luxurious rather than enclosed or suffocating. The room was beautifully finished and very comfortable.

Breakfast was excellent, and the convenience of the location is a real highlight - everything is within easy reach if you like fashion and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and location.

Cons:

The only minor downside was some noise early morning, as the room opposite appeared to be used for storage, which caused a little disturbance. That said, it didn’t take away from an otherwise very enjoyable stay.

Worth a visit if you like unpretentious high quality hotels
Pros:

Room was pleasantly appointed and spacious by London standards. Very clean. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Pillows to die for.

Cons:

Room on 2nd floor was rather warm despite air-con.

Everything was great!

Cons:

The wire of the hairdryer is very short and it was not possible to blow dry hair in front of the mirror. Looks that there was no woman involved in this part of planning:) Luckily I had my hair styler with a long wire.
