Nice location but noisy room and poor value for money.
Pros:

Location was great. Room was nice and not a bad size for London hotels.

Cons:

Room was on the basement floor where I was woken up at 7.15am by the kitchen which seemed to be next door to my room. The lift was also right next to my room. Breakfast had elements that were good but little in the way of a continental option. Toast was ordered but was very cheap quality bread.

Pros:

Comfortable (superior) room although compact; good to have choice of air-conditioning or open-able window. Good facilities in bathroom. Excellent breakfast included. Good location. Courteous staff.

Cons:

As can be expected from this style of period property, rooms may be on the small side (with limited storage space) so may not suit everyone.
Unfortunately we were disturbed in middle of night (1 or 2am) by very loud, inconsiderate, other guests (or staff?), so there may be not much sound-proofing in rooms.

The location was perfect for us.
The staff were friendly and welcoming.
The snug room was clean, beautifully decorated and maintained.
Our room was comfortable and cool due to the efficient air conditioning.
Our room was quiet as requested.
The walk in shower was safe with simple to use rain shower and hand held shower.
The bed was comfortable, we slept well.
Breakfast was superb in a charming setting.
We appreciated the iron and ironing board.
The mini fridge was really useful in such hot weather.
There were some nice little additional touches; a sewing kit, shoe shine cloth and toothbrush and toothpaste.
We enjoyed the free shortbread with our tea on arrival.

Cons:

A chair would have been a welcome addition, but no real problem for just one night..

ottimo lo staff, Moo fantastico ma tutti bravi, dal personale al ristorante allo staff che si occupa delle stanze. colazione buona e varia. Purtroppo bagni piccolissimi seppure molto belli, ma senza punti di appoggio o ganci dove appendere le cose, le prese per il phon in punti impensabili e manca uno specchio in camera! pesa anche la mancanza di una hall dove potersi fermare qualche momento senza tornare in camera. posizione abbastanza buona

Attention to detail interiors
Pros:

I liked the interior of the room, the light fixtures in the hotel, the bathroom tiles, features and knobs were wonderful, breakfast was amazing though it didnt have variety it did make up for it with the eggs which were done perfectly (omlette was silky, poached was cooked perfectly in the middle and runny), staff were amazing and helpful

Cons:

If I had to pick one thing it was the variety of items for breakfast though it wasn’t a huge factor
