very clean and no issues

The Location is 10mins walk to saigon train station very convenient, walking distance to most bust stops, food stalls, money changers, coffee shops, barbershops.
The facility is ok for the value that you paid for, the size of the room is decent, hot and cold shower is working and so as the good water pressure, bed was clean and comfortable to sleep in. Towels, basic toiletries are provided, wifi signal is decent, storage spaces are decent for a solo traveler. The room was also clean.

This was not the hotel we booked. We were informed by the hotel we booked in Aug that there was a system glitch in the morning that we were due to fly out and check into hence we had to book this alternative hotel for the same day that evening. To be fair, we didn't have much of a choice. It was clean which helped.

Close to the railway station about 5 minute walk, the reason to book this place. The room is clean, no kettle. Distance to the centre about 2,5 km, 20 minutes taxi drive.
