Budget Single Room with great Price x Performance in Annaberg-Buchholz
Pros:

The location and its surrondings as well as the short distance between the property to both the train station (Annaberg-Buchhikz Unteren Bahnhof) and the city center.

The facilities are also pretty good.

The price x performance ratio there cannot be bet.

Last but not least, the cleanliness standards are good enough.

Just to let people know:

The shower was unavailable during my short term stay due to heating system outage to be repaired. It was not a problem to me as I stayed there for about 12 hours.

Besides, this house is too cold for wintertime.

Anyway, this is not a complaint because I was aware of the situation, as the host was so kind to inform me about the situation in advance and was really considerate to offer me to light up the fireplace in my room which I thought it was not necessary as she provided with thicky duvets and could deal with the cold properly. I hope she gets the heating system fixed soon as her property is very promising.
