Book your stay at L7 HAEUNDAE by LOTTE for an unforgettable experience near Busan's stunning Haeundae Beach!

Important information:

Apple Pay cannot be used with an overseas card; please pay with a physical card;

The pool is open from January to June and from September to December at the following hours:
- 09:30 to 12:00
- 13:00 to 18:30
- 19:00 to 21:00 (Adults aged 19 or older)

The pool is free for hotel guests. During the off-peak season, the number of times you can use it is not restricted.

The pool is open from Peak season (July-August) swimming pool at the following hours:
- 08:30 to 11:00
- 12:00 to 14:30
- 15:00 to 19:00
- 19:30 to 22:00 (Adults aged 19 or older)

To maintain guests' safety and ensure a comfortable atmosphere, a rooftop swimming pool will be operated only for guests who have booked a swimming pool package from July to August. (Available via additional payment upon check-in.)

There will be regular maintenance on the second Monday of every month, so only three slots will be in operation. Please note this when using the rooftop pool. These days, the third slot is accessible for all guests, not exclusively for adults.

Regular maintenance dates in 2025: August 11, September 8, September 15, October 13, November 10, December 8. December 9

Breakfast rates differ for children and adults. Children's breakfast rates apply only if the child meets the age requirement. Only children aged from 4 years old (older than 49 months) to 13 years old (6th grade of elementary school)

Guests under 19 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Please note that third parties are not permitted to book on behalf of guests. The booker must be the guest checking in at the property.

Please note that all guests need to provide a valid ID at check-in.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Our favourite stay throughout our whole trip!
Pros:

We cannot recommend this hotel enough - from start to finish our stay over here was fantastic. The hotel itself is situated in a great location and is very aesthetically pleasing. Our room was super spacious & comfortable and we loved all of the amenities it offered. Everything was so well thought out in terms of the room design etc., which made us wish we had more time to enjoy the room!

Cons:

We simply wished we had booked more time in this fabulous hotel!

Guter Aufenthalt für 3 Tage
Pros:

Die Lage am Meer war sehr gut. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal beim Frühstück aufmerksam.

Cons:

Keine Schrank und eine weitere Ablage Möglichkeit im Zimmer. Das Frühstück war wenig abwechslungsreich und etwas enttäuschend.
