Pros:

Залишаюсь на НР в цьому готелі - вже вдруге. Саме через класні враження після першого разу, запросила сюди і друзів відсвяткувати НР. Сніданки ТОП, як завжди. Басейн+хамам шикарні

Cons:

Порівнюючи з першим разом тут в той самий період (на НР) була здивована тим, що комунікація і злагодженість дій персоналу була зовсім іншого рівня. Особливо порівнюючи з тим, що кост за проживання значно виріс (навіть порівнюючи в еквіваленті валюті). Коли ми бронювали готель, а навіть під час заселення, взагалі жодного слова не було попереджено про те, що в новорічну ніч в ресторані готелю якась компанія святкуватиме корпоратив. Було попередження лише про те що ресторан 31го грудня працюватиме до 12:00. Тоже тепер знову про корпоратив - окей, ресторан під них закритий, але їх вечірка була настільки гучною, що вібраціі від гучності відбивали навіть по металопрофілям фасадних вікон. Коли я подзвонила о другій ночі на ресепшн - мені повідомили що святкуватимуть вони десь до 4ої ранки. Єдиний плюс від вечірки - те що вона заглушала звук ППО по літаючим шахедам. Але як на мене - це точно не сервіс і не комунікація 5ти зіркового готелю. Згладили вони цю ситуацію тим, що тільки моєму номеру (в нас було два в бронюванні) надали комплімент (шампанське та ігристе).

Окремим дуже дивним моментом ще було озвучування тривоги в номері) Один день, і тільки в нашому номері)

Прекрасний готель. Приїду ще
Pros:

Ми дуже лишились задоволені відпочинком
Наш потяг прибував зранку, нас заселили раніше на кілька годин, що було для нас спасінням, бо гуляти в холодну пору з валізами з дороги не дуже хотілось.
Сподобались сніданки, вид на море, косметика, постіль, персонал. А масаж!! Це був найкращий мабуть масаж в житті.
А ще нам дозволили виселитися трішки пізніше зазначеного часу
Щиро дякуємо за вашу доброту і затишок

Cons:

Це єдиний мінус але то на фоні всього не так важливо, хотілось би простіший і сучасніший доступ до інтернету на телевізорі. Бо шось все ніяк не змогли передивитись кіно. Довго думає, висне, на сайти не заходиться

В зоне спа на улице покрытие проа нагреваеться неимоверно! Должно быть предупреждение об этом.
