La piscine est géniale et la nourriture est très bonne
Camera spaziosa e pulita. Bellissima posizione vicino alle tranquille risaie, a 10 minuti in bici dalla spiaggia e a 10 in macchina dal centro. Bella la piscina e buona la colazione. Possibilitá di usare le bici gratuitamente. Molto disponibile la proprietaria, ci ha aiutato a prenotare il treno per Hue.
Great location in the middle of the vegetable patch. Owners are friendly and helpful. Good value 👍
We stayed in the cheapest room category, but it definitely has the most valuable advantage — a million-dollar view from the fourth floor. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and impeccably clean as well; we have no complaints at all. Everything in the room was good, with no unpleasant odors, and the shower was clean.

Không phù hợp với khách đi xe ô tô do dỗ xe khá khó. Ở ngoại ô nhưng phòng tôi không có tầm nhìn ra khung cảnh bên ngoài, bị nhà xung quanh chắn hết.
Loved the pool section and the great location just out of the old town. There are free bikes to use to cycle around the rice fields and the area is just spectacular, especially in the evenings when the sun sets and you can watch the water buffalo bathing

Alt var simpelthen så godt! Damen som var på stedet var den sødeste, og mest imødekommende.
Vi fik vasket tøj på stedet. Hvor alt det hvide tøj var blevet misfarvet. Men efter en mere vask var det hvid igen
the host was the loveliest lady, she was incredibly accommodating, made sure we had everything we needed. provided a lovely breakfast for a good price and also had bikes we could use. good location - 10-15 min bike ride from the beach. most homely stay during our travels by far - couldn’t recommend more!

We used the free bikes several times, and the pool almost everyday.

J’ai adoré les personnes qui nous accueillent avec un large sourire, le calme de l’endroit, les vélos mis à disposition, les deux piscines. On peut explorer les rizières, sortir à HoiAn et profiter de la plage avec les vélos. Bref je sais que c’est un lieu dans lequel je reviendrai.
Other guests all seemed normal and nice. The main female staff is very helpful though. Her motorcycle man had no motos left so she helped me arrange with a different company using the hotels phone to help me. That was very nice. I had the banana pancake one day. it was not light or fluffy. It was solid, a bit hard, and the batter had not cooked through. I never tried anything else here.
The location is PERFECT if you like relaxing cafes and lovely rice paddies but I would not stay here again. Too noisy every morning but it's the neighbors.
Very noisy place. It's away from big roads, yes, but the rooster outside is very loud every morning. He starts screaming at 04:30 or 05:00 every day. On another day, someone was hammering and doing construction work next door at 06:15. Neighbors do not exist in Vietnam apparently. On another morning the toilet water in our room began running strongly for no reason. It was very noisy. 08:00 on another day, a neighboring home was blasting concert level music. Like, WTF?!?!
The room condition didn't look like the pictures. The surfaces are dirty. This place is on survival mode. The tv does not work ('no signal' is shown). WiFi on the 3rd floor worked fine.
There are no views of rice paddies like their pictures show. Homes were built in those places long ago. The views of the rice paddies no longer exist. from the balcony or any window of this hotel.
For the shampoo / body soap / hand soap, they bought tiny cheap little bottles that don't work. They are flimsy and the plunger does not return to the top quickly. They are stuck down. There's no shelves in the shower so you are standing there in the shower trying to push down these cheap small bottles in your hands and it's a disaster. There's a glass divider btw the shower /toilet but everything gets wet anyways.
One pillow for each bed (2 total). Two hangers on the coat rack in your room. By the dining area and back pool they have drying lines for laundry. I used that to dry my clothes
The bikes are free but they have no working locks (which is standard in hoi an). The on-bike, rear wheel locks are either rusted out and don't turn or they have no key at all. I saw some loose loop style locks inside some bike baskets but no keys for those either. I asked the property attendant for a separate lock and he said no, nothing, so you're out in old town walking around wondering if the bike will be gone later. Strange.
