Location, quiet, near the rice fields, breakfast awesome, plunge pool to cool off, and the staff beyond wonderful, places to eat nearby

Pros:

Friendly staff. Spacious villa. Required assistance provided promptly. Nice swimming pool and sitting area outside the villa.

Cons:

Villa is in a narrow lane. 15 mins grab ride required to reach the old town. Basins in the common sitting area had no water drain pipe attached.

Pros:

My partner and I loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer! The staff are so lovely, the room was spacious and the swimming pool was the perfect place to cool off after a hot afternoon. The location was ideal, 5 mins from the beach and 15 mins from the old town.
We can highly recommend La Casa Tra Que!

Personnel adorable, chambre spacieuse et propre. L’emplacement est parfait juste à côté des rizières et des potagers. Nous y sommes restés qu’une nuit mais c’était parfait !

Alles super!
Pros:

I had the best stay here that I could have imagined. The ladies who manage La Casa were so warm and helpful. Whenever they could, they offered help and gave tips without being intrusive. I felt at home here. If I’m ever in Hoi An again, I will definitely come back.

Un havre de paix a Tra Que au milieu des rizières.
Très bon accueil.
Prêt de vélo pour aller à Hoi An, se promener dans les rizières ou aller à la plage.
Chambre spacieuse et calme.
Merci pour ce beau séjour.

Perfect location between the old town, the beach and surrounding areas
Pros:

If you looking for somewhere outside Hoi An old town, the location is perfect. The hotel offers free bikes which is a massive bonus so that it is easy to get around. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Schönes großes Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal. Ruhige und schöne Lage.

Cons:

Es war etwas abseits vom Zentrum, man brauchte mit dem Fahrrad 15-20 minuten. Jedoch ist die Strecke durch Reisfelder sehr schön. Das Frühstück war leider nicht gut, ich hatte den Banana-Pancake

Lovely place to stay, would love to come back again for a longer period.

Неплохое место пожить на неделю чтобы встречать утро с чашечкой кофе и видом на рисовые поля
Pros:

Неплохая локация, совсем рядом к рисовым полями. Вид из балкона на рисовые поля и озера, если живешь на последнем этаже. Приятный и отзывчивый персонал, уборка номера проводится сразу по вывеске таблички. Приятно удивил мини-бар с полноценным холодильником, там были недорогие пиво, газировка, шоколадки. Целых два бассейна, почти всегда были пустые, вода чистая. Имеются завтраки, но мы не пользовались

Cons:

Очень плохой интернет, постоянно обрывается и пропадает, каждые две минуты, за всю неделю пытались его починить но так и не сделали. Нам был очень важен стабильный интернет для работы. Но если интернет вам не важен, то по сим карте отлично ловит 5g, скорость высокая. Очень не повезло отелю с соседями, прямо напротив расположен бар для местных жителей которые очень громко и часто любят петь караоке. Почти каждый день шумная музыка и пение, но не до поздна, максимум в 10 вечера все прекращалось. До адекватных и нормальных магазинов и ресторанов далеко, пешком не походишь, только на транспорте. Но если ходить пешком не страшно, то до пляжа 30-40 мин, там много нормальных ресторанов

Amazing 5 bed apartment, very spacious, comfortable beds !!
Free bikes to use, the grabs are cheap into the old town. We got to leave our bags on checkout as we were getting an overnight bus, we also got to shower. The staff are lovely

Pros:

Emplacement entre plage et hoi an dans un quartier maraîcher verdoyant
Prêt gratuit de velo très apprécié
Bon petit déjeuner ( bang mi et panckake maison)
Personnel gentil et conciliant

Cons:

Un seul petit café le matin
Un coq chante plusieurs fois dans la nuit (boules quies bienvenues)

Séjour très sympa, même sous la pluie
Pros:

Le personnel est très gentil et à l’écoute. Nous avons pu louer une moto pour faire le tour de Hoi An et ainsi s’éloigner un peu des touristes. L’hôtel est très calme et les chambres spacieuses.
