Pros:

Le propriétaire est très arrangeant. Nous avons pu déposer les bagages avant l'heure et les reprendre après l'heure.
L'appartement est grand et hyper propre.

Cons:

La porte d'entrée du logement donne directement sur la rue bruyante.
Peu de vaisselle, nous avons été obligé de demander une casserole.

Amplio lugar. No muy equipado, para pasar una breve estadía en la isla.

Cons:

No estaba equipada para 4 personas. La cocina no funcionaba, de hecho era un simple calentador. Al lado hay una cancha de futbol y hay muchísimo ruido. Las tarifas relación calidad precio, elevadas.

Great location, big supermarket 2 minutes walking, quiet neighborhood, 2 great restaurantes close. (cafe mango is amazing) i rent from the hotel 1 bike and explore the island. Big room too with smart tv

Simpel ausgestattete und etwas langweilige Unterkunft
Pros:

Das Apartment liegt außerhalb des Zentrums in der Mitte der Insel. Für den Weg ins Zentrum benötigt man eine gute 1/2 Stunde zu Fuß. Es ist kein schöner Weg, es gibt nichts zu sehen und ist daher nicht zu empfehlen. Das Mittel der Wahl ist deshalb das Taxi. Es kostet 100 MXN, mehr sollte man auch nicht bezahlen.
Die Umgebung wirkt etwas heruntergekommen. Der Blick von der Terrasse geht auf einen Fußballplatz, der gerade renoviert wird. Man hört unter der Woche entsprechende Baugeräusche.
Apropos Terrasse. Sie war der eigentliche Grund, warum wir das Apartment ausgewählt hatten. Zum Sitzen und Entspannen war sie für uns o.k.
Anders die Zimmer. Die waren sehr sparsam eingerichtet. Langweilig. Nicht gemütlich. Mit etwas Aufwand (z.B. Farbe, Bilder..) ist da viel mehr drin.
Der Küchenteil reicht gerade zum Kaffeekochen. Frühstück würde ich hier nicht zubereiten. Der Wohnteil bestand aus einem leicht verfleckten, durchgesessenen Sofa.
Aber um wieder etwas positives zu sagen: insgesamt war alles sauber.
Kontakt zum Vermieter oder Verwalter hatten wir nicht.

Cons:

Am wenigsten gefallen hat mir die lieblose Ausstattung der Unterkunft. Alles wirkt simpel und nackt. Im Schlafzimmer z.B. ist das Bett (mit fester Matratze), eine simple Ablage und darüber eine Stange mit Bügeln. Eine solche Ablage macht jeder Heimwerker besser, bzw. schöner.
Und das Bad stammt wohl aus den 70er Jahren.
Das Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis für diese Unterkunft war deshalb aus unserer Sicht nicht so gut.
Wir würden sie nicht mehr buchen.

NO ES CONVENIENTE
Pros:

Las camas eran cómodas. Es lo único que nos pareció bien.

Cons:

La ubicación es LEJOS DE TODO. NO tiene vistas al mar como parece en alguna foto, ni tampoco tiene salida al mar ni a ninguna playa. Esta en un barrio donde la gente vive, no es zona turística, no es una zona linda ni tampoco nos resulto cómodo para nada el lugar donde esta ubicado. No lo recomiendo. Lo mejor es buscar en la zona céntrica para que todo este cerca.
El baño tiene agua caliente por 3 minutos nada mas. Luego es agua fría.

Muy conformes
Pros:

El departamento era muy limpio, bien equipado, muy luminoso y amplio. Muy cerca del Chedraui (supermercado) que deja equiparse bien y barato. Tienen bicis para alquilar a buen precio. En en zona céntrica q sería más bien recidencial. Nos gustó mucho.

Cons:

El baño. La presión de agua es terrible. Tanto para ducharse como para tirar la cadena. Son unas 5 veces para q se vayan los amigos. También el agua caliente duraba unos 5 minutos solamente. Netflix funcionaba a veces si a veces no, nada serio.

Attenzione al cliente da migliorare!
Pros:

L'appartanento all'ultimo piano è carino e fornito del necessario che possa servire per il soggiorno. Una bella terrazza anche se la vista affaccia su un campo sportivo e non purtoppo sul mare.

Cons:

Decisamente fuori dal centro quindi è necessario noleggjare un mezzo per potersi muovere e nell'isola costano abbastanza i mezzi a noleggio.
Abbastanza scadente l'attenzione al cliente ricevuta
