Pros:

It's my 5 times here...so what i like? for sure many things about this hotel. locations, great room. enviroment. a place more relax than stay in the heart of Ipoh

Cons:

please ask your parking attendent not to smoking on their booth. It's not nice for your image. also please take a good maintenance about your place. Make your parking lot more beautiful. plan more tree. fix boken tiles on your swimming pool.

Excellent stay with exemplary service and value-for-money
Pros:

The service definitely. We were given early check-in and the counter staff remembered our requests, like checking for private hire service and providing 4 towels on each day of our stay without us repeating ourselves. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable, allowing us to have good nights’ rest.

Cons:

We could hear sound from the adjacent room. Location is not too ideal as nearest eateries are a good walk away instead of just downstairs.
