The bed was comfortable .
The washroom has no privacy. If staying with friends, it would be better to have a curtain or partition to cover the shower area

I was disappointed with regards to the housekeeping standards and amenities provided during our recent stay.
This is particularly disappointing as we have stayed at your hotel two to three times annually, and this is the first time we have encountered such issues.
Firstly, the shampoo and bath shower gel were not replenished. Only two sets of toiletries were provided for six persons for a two-night stay, which was clearly insufficient.
On one day, we returned to the apartment at 1am to find that no additional toiletries had been provided. Had we not brought our own, we would have been forced to contact housekeeping in the middle of the night, which would have been highly inconvenient.
The bathroom was not cleaned properly; it appeared that only the dustbin had been emptied. The towels had a foul smell, which made them unpleasant to use.
The living room was also not cleaned thoroughly, with bits of food left lying around. Again, it seemed that housekeeping simply emptied the dustbin without properly cleaning the space.
Additionally, there was no communication regarding the provision of bottled water. While the apartment is equipped with a water dispenser, there was no notice or information informing guests that they could freely use it. Clear communication on this would have avoided confusion.
Overall, the level of cleanliness and service during this stay did not meet the standards we have previously experienced at your hotel.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and implement improvements to prevent similar issues in the future.
