Ok but not great, comfortable position.
Pros:

To be a tiny room, it had all it takes for a night in JB (except maybe a hairdryer, but i don't use it). Good price (showed RM69 on booking.com but it was total RM87) and very good location, perfect for me that i wanted, just back from Singapore, to try the Hiat Joo Bakery banana cake for breakfast. The room is surprisingly quiet, most of all the airco, which is very powerful. I forgot the charger home and the staff was so kind to land me one for the night to charge my phone.

Cons:

It's basically clean but quite stained and not refined. Just for a night of sleep close to JB Sentral.

The stay here is just fine for the purpose.
Pros:

Close to JB sentral which is my pupose of staying here for short layover before taking the train next early morning. Suitable for travellers looking to a place to rest for short time before continuing their journey.

Very close to the train ststion
Pros:

This is a pretty basic place with price reflecting what you get. My room was clean and the shower and toilet worked. The air conditioning and fan were essential. The second lock on the door was broken. I booked this place because it was a less 10 minute walk to the train station.

Cons:

It was noisy. There is road noise. But I eas also there during Chinese new year which just added to the outside noise. But the room had no window so most of the sound was blocked.

全世界で下から３番目のホテル
Pros:

あえて言えば、ＪＢセントラル駅から近いこと。

Cons:

予約時にカード決済済みと誤解した私に、今すぐ払え、この盗人がとわめき怒鳴り散らす、もてなしの心もスキルも無いホテル従業員。ゆっくり説明してくれればわかることなのに。
部屋は窓が無いのでかび臭く、ゴキブリ５０匹以上を確認したソフト、ハードともに最悪のホテル。
これを読んだ日本人が、予算をあと千円上乗せしてT Hotel JBを利用されないことを望む。
