Very clean, very accessible to key areas. You get exactly to the point, just go to the place and stay. No dramas no frills and no hassle unlike any other properties we stayed.

Good place for quick pit stop
Pros:

Only stayed for a few hours and 90% of that was me sleeping, so the good rating is more from that angle, that it was spacious and generally comfortable.

Owner was also proactive

Cons:

Nothing major really but best to pick this place to align with your goals (pitstop, etx)

Host provided all the details before the day of your booking. Location is in the city. Near to everything.

Cons:

Parking is a bit challenging as the slots are very limited and no reservations.

It was a short, yet good stay.
Pros:

The location. It’s a 5-min walk from SM Uptown.

Cons:

It was advertised as with pool, but it was not up to date. When I got there, only then was I informed that the pool was under renovation and cannot be used. It should have been written on the description so people can decide whether they’d continue to book with the same price without the pool.

Nice place, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby
Pros:

Clean and tidy

Cons:

No lock on one of the sliding doors to balcony.
Also, loose front door knob sometimes difficult to click in to close properly

It’s ok for the value of the money.
Pros:

The location is at the back of uptown sm. It’s a 15 min drive to downtown Cdo.

Cons:

The location is good. TV has Netflix and you tube which I like so much to kill the time.
