I would think twice staying here there are a lot of issues with whole place.
No smoke/fire alarms
Items pat test out of date/ No pat test on tv and extension lead
No carbon monoxide detector
Matteres fit for skip see pictures
No terrace as stated
No hairdryer as stated
Fridge freezer in front of back door
No fire instruction
No fire extinguisher or fire blanket
Gaps around door
No fire doors

Very high step if have mobility problem front door

Pros:

Comfortable bed that's all

Cons:

The lack of privacy no parking found the host was very rude and the area was fairly rough electric to kettle and tv you had to move the kettle to the floor if using tv very poor

Pros:

Sehr sauberes Zimmer. Späterer Check-In kein Problem durch gute Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Parken sehr einfach an der Straße in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet.

Worth for the price I paid to stay a night.

Cons:

No Shower Gel in bathroom, no fragrance bottle in bathroom was empty, no heater in the hall only in the room & stairs
