Don't bother. This property hasn't existed since April 2023!
Pros:

This room DOES NOT EXIST! It hasn't existed for over 18 months according to the 2nd person I spoke to at the property. It beggars belief that a website as well known as Booking.com doesn't do any kind of due diligence to check that a property it is offering is still available. I could understand if it was maybe a week or so but NOT 18 MONTHS! Why was I allowed to book a property that doesn't exist?

Cons:

For a start, it being a proper place to stay at. Not one that hasn't been available for 18 months. I had to walk to a nearby cafe and wait for Booking.com to check what I'd told them and, oh look, it DOESN'T EXIST and you can't contact the owner.
