Super 8 by Wyndham McHenry Fox Lake Area

Me parece que a uno de los recepcionistas le falta tacto a la hora de tratar a los huespedes. No tiene claro el concepto de Atencion al Cliente. Esto es lo unico que observaria del hotel, todo lo demas es aceptable.

STAINS ON SHEETS AND SHOWER CURTAINS . REAR ENTRANCE DOOR HAD NO LOCK . NO HANDICAP RAIL IN BATHROOM . NO PHONE . TV DIDNT WORK . AC NOT WORKING PROPERLY .

Shower head had mold all over it and was being forced out the holes. Parking lot seemed small and very few spots if coming in late.

Very thin walls. We could hear the occupants of the next room moaning all night.

The carpet is sticky and the bed and wall has stains.

The bed sheets were all stained, and very old.

Didn’t have a snack or soda machine in the hallway . The juice machine didn’t work for the complimentary breakfast. And the batter for the waffle machine might have been old, after the waffle was made, it tasted stale

The bed sheets were all nasty and stained. The TV quit working after 10 minutes and the hotel smelled bad. And there was a motorcycle gang hanging out out front getting drunk in the parking lot

Employee is not friendly at all

This is the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen first stated I will never stay again throw up on the walls lights not working stains on every bed, linen and pillow horrible staff, book a two night stay barely slept. I have never in my life had a worse experience canceled my second day and slept on an air mattress for a better night. Do not go to this hotel or I guarantee you you’ll have the worst experience ever.

Que las habitaciones huelen mucho a humedad...

The facility was more like a halfway house. Trash all around the building, the outside piller was crumbling and laying on the ground. Exposed outlets, stained chairs, stained curtans, what looked like mold on the tub floor. The room never got cleaned, nothing was ever refilled , garbage was not taken. Their hotel advertisement says no animals , but the folks that were living in the room above us had multiple large dogs running around the room. Very, very DISSATISFIED. Don't book there!!!!

Dirtiest motel room I’ve ever seen! The sheets on the bed look like rags and you could see through them!!

Heavy cooking smell upon entry to motel.
Bags of trash left in second floor hallway (done after staff had already done rooms though).
Towels and sheets, while cleaned, were stained.. thinking maybe use darker colored items if can't get get rid of stains... or just throw away..
Bathroom door had very badly patch job done and would not stay open.. had to prop open using luggage rack
