Le personnel est vraiment agréable et très serviable. Les chambres sont belles et grandes. La rue est bruyante la journée mais les fenêtres efficaces. Mais j’avais un balcon agréable. La minette est très gentille.
Le petit dejeuner n’est vraiment pas a la hauteur. Le café ressemble à du jus de chaussette. Il y a une bonne boulangerie en face et ils devraient mettre des petits pains ou croissants frais venant de la.

Weak coffee, no staff around after 9 pm. Was never told what to do in case of emergency or if we were to lose keys. Deluxe pink room was little on the small size.

Charming atmosphere. Great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful, scheduling transportation and obtaining tickets for us. As well as giving helpful recommendations and information. Breakfast was great. And coffee available at all hours. We will definitely book this hotel again!

Que el último día, si bien nos dejaron usar las instalaciones hasta tomar nuestro vuelo de regreso, podría haber una cortesía de late chek out (nosotros viajamos con mi sobrino de 2 años y queríamos solo una cama para que descansará). Entiendo que eso no pueda darse cuando hay ocupación completa, pero en este caso no había caso nadie. Eso podría ir valorando se en virtud de la ocupación del hotel. Para que puedan mejorar
Cuando reservamos la habitación nos decía que había parqueadero pero resulta que ellos tienen acuerdo con un parqueadero externo, el cual hay que pagar por hora. La habitación que está en las fotos que publicitan son de la habitación principal pero cuando llegas te hospedan en una habitación mucho más pequeña y de peor calidad. El servicio fue muy descortéz, haciendonos "malas caras" todo el tiempo (era una chica rubia de risos), a pesar de que llegamos a un acuerdo (ya que nos queríamos ir debido a todos los inconvenientes) en el que se nos incluía el parqueadero aunque igual decidimos pagar un monto extra por la habitación más grande debido a que la habítación que no habían asignado para dos personas era imposible de caminar ni habitar con un par de maletas, practicamente la cama ocupaba toda la habitación. Es una pena, ya que había otras opciones que podían ser mejores pero debido a las fotos y lo que "ofrecían" creímos que esta estaría bien.
La parte que más nos gustó fue, sin duda, su excelente ubicación en el centro histórico, lo que nos permitió desplazarnos fácilmente y conocer sus principales atractivos. Además, el desayuno fue bueno y variado. Otro aspecto que hizo la experiencia aún más especial fue que se trata de una sitio colonial, lo que le da un encanto único y auténtico, haciéndonos sentir parte de la historia del lugar.
No tuvimos mayores inconvenientes durante nuestra estadía; en general, todo estuvo muy bien. Si bien siempre hay pequeños detalles que pueden mejorar, ninguno afectó nuestra experiencia ni la comodidad.

Great location, beautiful colonial style hotel.
Next time I would get an interior room vs. a room overlooking the street, since it was loud late on the weekend nights. I think the interior rooms would have been quiet.
