Amplia la habitacion, comoda, cerca del centro, siempre hay un poco más de ruido por la ubicación pero se entiende

Cons:

El alojamiento tiene problemas de ácaros. Durante nuestra estancia sufrimos alergia por el polvo y mal olor, debido a la falta de ventilación y limpieza. Al comunicárselo al anfitrión y solicitar el reembolso de una noche, se negaron a devolvernos el dinero, pese a haberles explicado claramente lo ocurrido. No lo recomendamos.

Lovely accomodation in the perfect location
Pros:

Perfectly located to explore the historical centre of Cuenca. Really friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a nice breakfast provided. Would definitely staff at Pepe’s again!

LUGAR MUY ACOGEDOR Y SEGURO.
Pros:

La extraordinaria atención del personal del hotel. Las encargadas, cada señorita en su turno, muy amables, atentas, preocupadas por atender cada pedido que realizamos. Un lugar para volver.

Todo estuvo muy bien. La atención fue muy buena. La ubicación es excelente. El desayuno estuvo bien. La habitación estuvo espaciosa (tomamos una para dos personas con una cama queen).

Bon endroit pour visiter Caenca.
Pros:

Le personnel est vraiment agréable et très serviable. Les chambres sont belles et grandes. La rue est bruyante la journée mais les fenêtres efficaces. Mais j’avais un balcon agréable. La minette est très gentille.

Cons:

Le petit dejeuner n’est vraiment pas a la hauteur. Le café ressemble à du jus de chaussette. Il y a une bonne boulangerie en face et ils devraient mettre des petits pains ou croissants frais venant de la.

Location, staff was very helpful, breakfast. Nice sheets.

Cons:

Weak coffee, no staff around after 9 pm. Was never told what to do in case of emergency or if we were to lose keys. Deluxe pink room was little on the small size.
