Pros:

- Die Hotelanlage wirkt insgesamt sehr einladend, besonders der Eingangsbereich
- Schöne Dachterrasse mit Pool, die zum Entspannen einlädt

Cons:

Unser Zimmer entsprach leider überhaupt nicht den Erwartungen und wich stark von den Bildern ab. Es war sehr dunkel und wenig einladend. Direkt vor der Zimmertür wurden Chemikalien in Plastikbehältern gelagert, zudem befand sich dort die Mülltonne für das gesamte Haus, was sehr unangenehm war. Es gab keine Fenster, die man öffnen konnte – lediglich die Eingangstür, wodurch jedoch viele Moskitos ins Zimmer kamen, sodass wir sie geschlossen halten mussten und es dadurch sehr heiß wurde.

Die Klimaanlage war direkt über dem Bett angebracht und tropfte Kondenswasser auf die Kopfkissen, was den Schlaf zusätzlich beeinträchtigt hat. Die Ausstattung wirkte insgesamt lieblos und improvisiert, beispielsweise durch einfache Granitplatten als Nachttische und fehlende Ablageflächen für Kleidung. Auch das Badezimmer war unpraktisch gestaltet: ein sehr kleines Waschbecken ohne Ablage und ein zu hoher Wasserhahn, wodurch ständig der Boden nass wurde.

Zusätzlich gab es erhebliche Hygieneprobleme, da schwarzer Schimmel an der Wand war, Ameisen ins Zimmer kamen und wir sogar Kakerlaken gesehen haben. Besonders enttäuschend war auch, dass auf unsere Beschwerde und die Bitte um ein anderes Zimmer keine Reaktion seitens des Hotels erfolgte.

Insgesamt hatten wir den Eindruck, dass dieses Zimmer eher als Abstellkammer dient und nicht für Gäste geeignet ist.

Lo que más nos gustó fue las instalaciones del lugar, ya que contaba con todo lo esperado en la descripción.

Cons:

Lo que consideramos a mejorar fue que se podría contar con una escoba y bolsas de residuos para la limpieza por cuenta propia. Ya que si prefiero hacer la limpieza por mi cuenta en vez de elegir el servicio de limpieza, no tengo como hacerlo.
En nuestra experiencia, fallo un poco la comunicación con nuestro check in. Ya que se nos presentó dos inconvenientes con los códigos de acceso. Si bien fue resuelto, pero en el momento fue incómodo.

It was horrible not recommended at this price

Quiet area

Cons:

The booking ad and pictures misrepresented the property.. There was no wardrobe or closer nor clothes rack. Neither was there desk or table with chairs eating area. No safe, no hair dryer, no daily housekeeping nor towel replacements until the day before we left, we were there seven nights.
Typically hotels give water daily, not here. Even a request for toilet paper was ignored. There were no windows, therefore no fresh air or light. We often resorted to leaving our door open. The air conditioner was over the bed and dripped water. The bathroom light didn’t work, they did nothing to remedy.
We asked to cancel but were refused without forfeiture of entire money. We contacted booking directly and they arranged a 30% discount.
Overall very unprofessional, even failing to take our documentation on arrival.
