Nice bed, very clean, helpful staff.
It is just above the church, but has virtually no signage and was completely locked up with no reception until 15:00. Apparently this Pousada may no longer be under the Pestana franchise. Restaurant not open except for breakfast.
Een hotel op een zeer bijzondere locatie, in een fort bovenop een berg. Monumentaal gebouw. Keurig netjes. We waren er met slecht weer dus konden niet gebruik maken van de binnenplaats en het terras. Met goed weer is dat eer extra voor dit goede hotel. Staf was vriendelijk. Om de hoek gastvrij ontvangen bij Taverna da Mathilda heerlijk gegeten en gastvrij ontvangen.
Met slecht weer de smalle wegen de berg op na een drukke dag was best spannend, maar gelukkig was er parkeerplaats op 100 meter van het hotel
The area is very beautifull
There were multiple works happening at the moment, in the swimming pool, at the restaurant, therefore bar was close and restaurant as well. The bedroom furniture is outdated and with lots of signs of usage. Parking is not easy

La piscine offre une vue magnifique, et l'endroit est calme et reposant.
Vivement la réouverture du restaurant qui semble offrir un cadre agréable (en travaux au moment du séjour - nous étions au courant)

El hotel está en la parte antigua y es tranquilo. Las camas muy cómodas aunque pequeñas. Buen baño y buen desayuno.
El hotel está en obras y no funcionaba el restaurante, al estar en la parte antigua no había muchas opciones para cenar.

This was a very comfortable hotel with efficient and friendly staff. We were off season so there was breakfast and the bar open but the pool area and some of the other common areas were closed. As a result there wasn’t really anywhere inside the hotel to spend time outside of the room that wasn’t in a corridor. Our standard double/twin room was a good size and comfortable with good bedding, good hot water and good towels. We enjoyed our stay.

Às 7,20h da manhã estava um aspirador de rua a funcionar , teve 45 min a fazer um barulho insuportável
Un hotel tranquillo, in posizione interessante e ricca di storia, un monastero riabilitato in un borgo medievale.
Purtroppo non è adatto a persone con difficoltà di movimento, e questo non è specificato nella web.
L’ascensore si può usare solamente dalla reception alle stanze, però per raggiungere la sala colazioni o il ristorante ci solo vari gradini difficili da superare per chi ha qualche difficoltà.
