Cons:

Unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness and difficulty reaching staff made the stay very unpleasant.
Pros:

I love how close the property is to everything — the location is incredibly convenient. We can even watch the fireworks right from room 403, which is a huge bonus. Overall, the place has a lot of potential.

Cons:

We arrived at the property around 11 AM and there was no one at reception. A number and Wi-Fi password were displayed, so we messaged that number and were told check-in was at 2 PM. That was fine, so we went out and returned at 5 PM. We messaged the same number again but received no reply for 30 minutes. I contacted the booking.com number and finally got a response with an apology and an offer to upgrade our room to watch fireworks. She said she would inform the staff.

When we arrived, a man took us to Room 203. By then it was already 5:30 PM, and we were tired and just wanted to rest. When we tried to lie on the bed, we noticed the bedsheets were extremely dirty — stains and dust everywhere. I sent photos to the staff and asked for help. He told us to wait 5 minutes, but after 20 minutes with no update, I messaged the booking.com number again. Around 6:10 PM the man finally came and moved us to Room 403.

We were hoping this room would be clean, especially after the upgrade, but it was the same — dirty sheets, dusty room, stained toilet and bathtub. Everything felt unhygienic and uncomfortable.

The next day, I spoke to the man and two ladies about the cleanliness. They told me sheets are only changed every two days. I explained again and even said (in Vietnamese using translation) that I was happy to change the linens myself if they could give me fresh ones. They apologised but didn’t do anything. Later I texted the man again asking for fresh towels, but received no reply.

Overall, it was a very bad experience. The lack of cleanliness and poor communication completely ruined our holiday.

Все было вполне нормально, пока во вторую ночь моего проживания в этом отеле, меня не покусали клопы. Это неприемлемо, вы должны немедленно что-то с этим сделать!!!

Nice room!
Pros:

Of course the bathtub! It’s huge! And i like that the balcony facing to the fireworks.

Cons:

The location quite empty at night. Kinda scary to walk around the area. After staying on the second day, i noticed that there’s some ant in the room. Also, please fix the table in the balcony. We can’t use it to eat while watching fireworks, quite frustrating.

A comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of Sunset Town.
Pros:

I loved the beautifully designed, new room and the hotel's central location in Sunset Town—just a short walk to Kiss Bridge, the night market, and the Hon Thom cable car terminal. The staff were very kind and helpful, and they even offered a 20% discount for a nearby spa.
