Pros:

宴会場のカラオケや、警官用の施設がうるさい。
差額を払って部屋をかえたが、今度は屋上の工事の音と屋上をドスンドスン歩く音や重いものを引きずる音がひどく、1日早くチェックアウトした。
部屋をかえる時に工事の説明は全く無かった。
最悪だった。

Pros:

Easy for driver to do drop off and pick up. Only a couple of minutes by Grab to visit old area. Perfur to stay a little out of old area as we have stayed closer before

We used this as a cheap way to store luggage and have a shower when we had a day between trains and flights in Hanoi. Fit the bill!
