Gorgeous place, calm and relaxing.
It was a bit confusing to find my room but got it after a few walks.
The food is sumptous ,the open sand beach walks and the friendly staff and support services like taxis.
A few days of rain made it impossible to enjoy beach days out

It is close to the beach and the pool area is nice.
Food is a buffet with a wide selection
When we arrived we where out in a room near a running generator which was loud, we did change rooms which was quieter and nearer the pool area.
We stay in the amboseli serena and the tsavo West serena which were very much better and less expensive definitely have inflated prices at this hotel.
Toller Service, alles sind sehr aufmerksam und höflich. Es ist grundsätzlich eine schöne Anlage, aber jedenfalls mein Zimmer ist völlig veraltet, es ist kein Standard mehr für das Geld.
Bin fast das Thema, dass ich hatte, entspricht nicht mehr eine Mutter Anstand. Es müsste überholt werden. Die Anlage wirkt insgesamt sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

It was calm and serene…loved every bit of it.The rooms were good, everywhere was clean, buffet was super and the staff were friendly..kind and courteous. Also used the Spa and having access the beach just topped everything . Also they served complimentary tea with snacks by the pool overlooking the beach which I looked forward to everyday.

It is very well maintained and authentic. The staff are exceptional! All the servers in the Dining area, Romano at the Front Office, Mary in Animation. The food was amazing!

The food? INSANE 😍 So many options and everything tasted top-tier every single time 🍽️🔥 The rooms were giving luxuryyy....Super clean, comfy, and just chef’s kiss 👌✨ Definitely living up to Serena’s reputation.
The pool was stunning 🏊♀️ and always well kept, and having direct access to the beach?? Say less 🌊🏖️ It just made everything feel extra special.
Honestly, everything about this place is just sooo elegant, chill, and perfectly curated. The whole vibe is peaceful, cozy, and straight-up luxurious 😌💫
