Wonderful client service
Pros:

It is very well maintained and authentic. The staff are exceptional! All the servers in the Dining area, Romano at the Front Office, Mary in Animation. The food was amazing!

This hotel blew my mind 🤯 From the second we pulled up, the staff were so warm and welcoming! Amazing vibes 💯

The food? INSANE 😍 So many options and everything tasted top-tier every single time 🍽️🔥 The rooms were giving luxuryyy....Super clean, comfy, and just chef’s kiss 👌✨ Definitely living up to Serena’s reputation.

The pool was stunning 🏊‍♀️ and always well kept, and having direct access to the beach?? Say less 🌊🏖️ It just made everything feel extra special.

Honestly, everything about this place is just sooo elegant, chill, and perfectly curated. The whole vibe is peaceful, cozy, and straight-up luxurious 😌💫

Pros:

Lage ca 1Std vom Flughafen, die Strassen sind leider sehr schlecht. Ansonsten altes, aber gepflegtes Hotel mit großer Grünanlage, viel Security, Frühstück gut, aber nicht überragend. Freundliches Personal

Pros:

Le cadre est magnifique, un véritable havre de paix. Le personnel est aux petits soins et offre un service irréprochable. Les petits-déjeuners et les dîners étaient excellents, avec des menus variés et renouvelés chaque jour. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Excellent outing.
Pros:

The reception by all staff was exceptional and was well suited for our visit. The Hotel facilities and proximity to the beach were excellent. The food was good and refreshments were very good. Overall a memorable visit for us. Keep up the environmentally positive outlook.

Séjour absolument paradisiaque et totalement inattendu.

Sa localisation, idéalement placé, à proximité de la ville et au bord de la mer, dans un site ample et paradisiaque.

Exactly how a hotel should be!
Pros:

Set in extensive and beautiful mature gardens, this hotel complex is very well laid out and is full of lovely architectural features and African art. The Jahazi restaurant is really good as are breakfasts.
However it’s the service that sets it apart. The staff are experienced, well trained and friendly without being intrusive. We were only there a couple of days but they quickly got to know us and our tastes and plans and would make a quick comment when you saw them that made you feel they cared.

Cons:

It rained our entire stay! However it was a great place to watch the torrents and there were umbrellas all around.
