Pros:

Las instalaciones y el lugar en general es muy bonito, la comida del restaurante deliciosa. La albercqby la vista desde la terraza, hermosa. Suma muchos puntos que sea pet friendly, Ginebra fue muy feliz!

Cons:

La habitación que nos tocó tuvo mucha falla con el Internet, el 2do día nos dejaron toallas super viejas deshilachadas.

Don't trust the staff in the booking chat
Pros:

It is really close to "Las Mañanitas" if you are going to a wedding there

Cons:

It is amazing how the staff does not communicate between them. I confirmed on multiple occasions my early check in though the booking chat and at the moment of my arrival they even asked me where did I have the conversation I was showing them. Do not trust them for early check ins, which is a shame that they are the only decent hotel near Las Mañanitas.

Que el resturante no estaba abierto aún en horario de servicio. La puerta de entrada rechinaba demasiado. Las luces de la habitación no estaban bien.
