AVOID. Host will promise you a refund, go silent, and try to take your money. The triple room I paid for was double-booked and the host didn't inform me, so it was a surprise to arrive at check-in to a used room with other people's belongings. The host apologised and offered another room for the night and said the cleaner will get the room we had booked ready for the following morning, or we can decide to leave and receive a refund for the rest of the stay. The room wasn't ready the next morning so we made the decision to leave, contacted the host, but he suddenly went silent for days... I managed to call him and he said he'll process the refund once the cleaner has checked the room. But again, the host went silent.. I had to chase him with messages and calls until he finally decided to respond arguing that there wasn't a problem and he doesn't need to refund... I had to get customer service help because the host wanted to SCAM me and lied. AVOID. UNTRUSTWORTHY.

Front door too small to find; be careful to double layer bed

My double room was changed to twin single room at last minute. Was a small room. There was smell in the room. Very small bathroom and toilet. Only one washroom for so many rooms. Highly un ideal. Not value for money. Any good hotel in the same locality with better facilities can be taken in same amount.

Nelíbilo se mi, že sprcha byla jen tak narafičená, že není rozbitá, ale vůbec nedrží v držáku. Samotná hlavice je celkem pochybná protože voda teče přes jakési keramické kuličky. Ovládání sprchy a nastavování teploty a intenzity vody jsou také náročné. Koupelna nebyla příliš prostorná. Nedostali jsme toaletní papír, pouze zbytky ruliček po předchozích ubytovaných. Čistota ubytovaní také nebyla ideální. Horní postel velmi vrzala. Komunikace s hostitelem byla trochu zmatečná, když jsem například poslal čas příjezdu, který byl ubytováním potvrzen, dostal jsem zprávu s otázkou v kolik tedy přijedu a že potrvá, než se to potvrdí (Dostat se do ubytování ale nebyl žádný problém)

No shampoo or conditioner was provided! I would have preferred a key maybe since I like my routine.

Nous avons réservé pour 2 nuits 5 chambres.Une des chambre (7), à notre arrivée a 22h30 n'était pas nettoyee et faite. Elle puait énormément. Avec les poubelles qui débordées.A 1h30 du matin nous avons été réveillé par l'homme de ménage qui ne parlait pas anglais pour nous dire qu'on allait être remboursé pour cette chambre. Aujourd'hui nous sommes à 1 semaine après notre séjour et pas de remboursement et personne ne nous repond..
