Location, right on the edge of the sea with views and sounds of the sea. Comfortable room. A good seaside restaurant.
Looks a bit shaggy from the outside. I was told there was no parking on the premises, and was quite concerned about it. However, when arriving there was parking within the premises! Good but why the negative misinformation?
La chambre vue mer et le grand lit étaient bien.
La chambre était placée au dessus du restaurant dont la climatisation était très bruyante. De plus le toilette fonctionnait pas très correctement et l’eau chaude très longue à arriver. Mais sinon ça pouvait aller.
Everybody at this hotel is so nice and helpful! The location is great: by the sea, with a restaurant, not too far from the city.
I booked last minute for my birthday, and the staff went above and beyond—waiting for me even after their shift. The location by the water was perfect, easy to get into town, and great for carnival. The team, especially Latifa at the bar/restaurant, made my stay amazing with great service and vibes. Food was great too so shoutout to the chef. I’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it!
The fact that every member of Staff were smartly dressed and their Customer Service upstanding. Everyone seemed happy in their roles.
Our breakfast, there was only one order of pork sausages left so my husband picked a substitute only to find that he would have to pick 3 substitutions before he could find something available! Throughout this exchange our waitress maintained her excellent customer service. She made up for the poor breakfast. We waited a good 30 for our breakfast, which must have been waiting for us because the toast was hardly toasted.
I like the ambient ,the view from my room was wonderful. I had a room with a balcony view of the sea . The staff were very attentive from the receptionist Alisha , to the lady who clean the room ( sorry I didn’t remember her name )
There is a restaurant and bar on site . The place is clean , well kept . The staff are friendly and respect.
The breakfast was great I loved the quesidia restaurant staff are nice and friendly.
1 night I came in and I struggled to get inside because the gate was very hard to open.
