Fantastic Stay with Friendly Service but..
Pros:

I had a fantastic stay overall. The hotel is lovely, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff are genuinely kind, helpful, and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, everyone made me feel comfortable and well looked after, which really makes a difference when travelling.

The hotel also has a great atmosphere, and it is clear that the team cares about providing a pleasant experience for guests.

Cons:

There are only a couple of small areas that could be improved. During happy hour, the staff member did not explain that the offer applied only to cocktails. I ordered two fresh juices assuming they were included, but I was later charged the full price. A clearer explanation at the time would have avoided the misunderstanding and would have been appreciated.

Another small suggestion would be to add more seating around the swimming pool, as it can be difficult to find a place to sit when several guests are using the area.

Aside from these minor points, this is a really great hotel with wonderful people, and I would happily stay here again.

Hotel immerso nel verde, staff disponibile, buona colazione. Interessante rapporto qualità- prezzo.
Pros:

Ottima sistemazione a Siem reap, in una zona tranquilla ma non distante dal centro. Bellissimo giardino, piscina a disposizione per il relax dopo le visite ai templi e ricca colazione

Отель превзошел все ожидания! Великолепный персонал, прекрасный дизайн, красивый ухоженный сад, просторные стильные номера! Вкуснейшие завтраки с отличным кофе!) Отель не в центре, но на хорошей тихой улочке.

Cons:

Тренажерный зал очень поживший. Старый ковролин и изношенные тренажеры, хотя виды на сад немного компенсируют эти недостатки.

Pros:

La piscine, le buffet du petit déjeuner et le personnel très sympa et serviable. L'emplacement de l'hôtel pas loin du centre ville.

Cons:

Petit soucis au niveau de la chambre on a demandé pour 4 personnes et finalement c'était pour 3 personnes il fallait rajouter un supplément pour un lit.
