Un lujo que no debes pasar por alto
Pros:

Super tranquilo y muy completo lo mejor las instalaciones y el servicio super amable y la piscina. No dejes de probar los masajes un lujo

Lovely hotel in a peaceful environment
Pros:

The grounds are very nicely landscaped with lots of trees and shrubs. It creates a very attractive and peaceful environment. The pool is large and excellent for lap swimming.
Breakfast is good and coffee is made to order. The flat whites were great.

Cons:

Our room was large and had a modern look to it with lots of concrete and dark tiled floors. It was large but definitely not cosy. Unfortunately the lighting was too dim, particularly in the open bathroom area. Clearly no thought had been given as to how people were going to see properly when shaving or applying makeup.
The staff were lovely and tried to help and placed a bedside lamp by the mirror in the bathroom but it made little difference to the low lighting.

Pros:

スタッフはフレンドリーで、頼むと快く答えてくれました。季節も良かったので、敷地内の外、例えばレストランの外での朝食が楽しめ、ゆっくりできました。

Cons:

グループ旅行で３部屋で泊まりました。そのうち１部屋は３日目の朝までリネン交換がされませんでした。フロントに伝えてようやく交換してもらいました。また、打ち合わせでロビーのテーブルを使ったところ、先に使った方にサーブした飲み物が残ったままでした。フロントの前だったのでスタッフに告げると、わかったと笑顔。でも片付けてもらったのは10分後でした。濡れたテーブルは拭かれませんでした。日本では考えられません。せっかく静かで心地よいホテルです。スタッフの連携がうまくいけば良くなると思います。

A hidden gem in Siem Reap
Pros:

Absolutely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! Very spacious and clean rooms. The hotel is located a bit from the city center and therefor nice and quiet. Would absolutely go back here!

Sehr schöne Suite mit toller Ausstattung. Das Hotel ist sehr hübsch, sauber und komfortabel. Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr zu empfehlen, genauso wie das Restaurant mit hervorragendem Essen! Wir haben es sehr genossen. Auch das Personal, insbesondere der liebe Kellner Vanna, war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich!
