el buffet bien, pero me esperaba algo mejor para un 5 estrellas
de luxe van het hotel, de vriendelijkheid van het personeel
schoonmaak is een punt van aandacht omdat dit niet goed werd gedaan. Tevens zijn er veel mensen van buitenaf die zorgen dat de gasten die geboekt hebben geen bedje hebben (polsbandje voor gasten zou uitkomst bieden)

C’était correct dans l’ensemble.
De hoeveelheid zwembaden en het ontbijtbuffet
de vloer in de kamer werd niet dagelijks schoongemaakt/ gestofzuigd.
Alles van het hotel van kamers, tot zwembaden tot het personeel was perfect.
De locatie Santa Suzanna, er is geen echte boulevard waar veel horeca bij is. Natuurlijk is er horeca maar het is een lange straat dat vinden wij minder gezellig.
- Staff profesionalism and service... only if you are lucky to get one that speaks english.
- Buffet selection and food quality.
- Very nice pool area with lot of plants, palms . No problem with finding a sunbed or cabana (paid extra)
- Evening activities for children and adults. Every night.
- Everyday pool aerobic.
- Very nice room size and comfort (junior suite as an example)
- This is not a 5-star hotel. The staff barely speaks English. When you go to dinner and ask for wine, they don't -understand simple English sentences, let alone a request for a wine description. This is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel.
-No pool service — you have to order at the bar.
-They have serious sewage problems. You can smell it in your shower and at the swimming pool (???).
-Desalinated water in the swimming pools. Yuck!
-Very low-quality drinks. I expect much more from a 5-star hotel.
-Poor restaurant food quality. Don't trade the buffet for the restaurant — the food at the buffet is much better.
-Silly towel card system. Come on — just put out two stands: "Dirty towels" and "Fresh towels." You don't need students handing them out.
-The area is nice only for about 10 metres around the hotel. Don't go any further — dirt, strange people, and awful surroundings. To get to the beach, you need to walk 20 minutes and pass through a tunnel under the railway.
-Poor-quality pool bar food. Just because it's a pool bar doesn't mean lunch has to be worse than McDonald's.
Indiscreet bathroom design. Who thought semi-transparent toilet and shower doors were a good idea?
- Why are they always only english , german and italian as foreign TV channels ? I heard a lot of polish converstaions in the hotel, which means there a lot tourists from Poland. For sure more than from Italy. Is it so difficult to add few channels ?
- Problems with TV satelite. Channels constantly braeking up

I liked the room - it was clean, spacious, nice balcony. Good cleaning - cleaned twice.
The spa was nice but you had to pay extra. The main pools were decent but crowded. Breakfast could get busy - there was a queue. For the nice rooftop pool you also had to pay extra, which did not make sense
