Pros:

Everything is good. Rooms are neat and clean. Staff is very helpful. 15 min walk to Haram. Shuttle service was good. If i came again i will definitely stay in this hotel. Insha Allah…..

Cons:

When we arrived at the hotel, despite having a confirmed booking, the hotel staff said our room was not vacant yet. Finally, when they gave us the room, it was not clean.

It’s not terrible but not the best!
Cons:

What I didn’t like I had to wait like an hour and a half waiting in line for my room cause it was not ready! Even though I got there after 4:00 pm!! The bus service not good it takes a long time for the bus to come!

Wouldn't book again.

Nothing much.

Cons:

Room was smelly and grimy, not cleaned well at all. Beds included. Too many rooms and poorly managed. If you're from the UK looking for a hotel with decent standards (clean, tidy etc) this is not the place unless youre bringing cleaning supplies and giving it a clean yourself. Knooz al diafah is a much better and affordable solution. I'm not too fussy when it comes to these things but with children I couldn't comfortably stay there.
