Casa Vacanze 'La Quercia'

Francesco kindly waited to greet us as our flight was delayed, and had organised fresh focaccia, wine, milk, coffee and local specialities for us to enjoy.
The development is new, well planned and maintained, and set in extensive well laid out grounds among olive groves. The pool is beautiful, and in addition to sun loungers, there are tables and chairs set under the shade of surrounding trees. There is a play area for children.
The apartment had a large terrace at the back, ideal for breakfast in morning sunshine, and there was also garden furniture at the front to enjoy a sundowner. The apartment was spotless, well equipped, and the bed very comfortable.
Francesco was always on hand for help and advice. We thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Francesco a été un hôte d'exception. Toujours au petit soin et disponible. Nous avions le frigo rempli à notre arrivée.

Ce qui était aussi très apprécié c'est qu'il y avait de l'huile d'olive, vinaigre, sel , café etc.. C'était très pratique. Nous avons même eu de la chance de goûter à leurs tomates du jardin .

Propreté de l'endroit, Tout est neuf et joliment décoré. La piscine est top. Grande entouré de végétation. Les photos ne sont pas trompeuse. C'est vraiment un jolie coin. On a conseillé à tous nos amis qui souhaitent visiter la région.

Die Unterkunft ist mit dem großen Pool einfach ein Paradies für Kinder. Außerdem gibt es einen kleinen Spielplatz. Das Personal ist ebenfalls sehr zuvorkommend und stand uns immer zur Seite.

Prima volta in questa struttura, e fin da subito sono rimasto ben impressionato dalla gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietà/gestore della "casa vacanza" . Ha aspettato il mio arrivo alle 23 per la consegna chiavi, e sapendo che arrivando tardi con il volo da Milano immaginando senza aver cenato, aveva preso mezza focaccia barese e messo una birra in frigo direttamente in camera. E per la colazione in camera ho trovato una confezione di dolcetti tipici!! Signori questa è attenzione al cliente con i controfiocchi. Inoltre mi ha fatto fare il check out tranquillamente il primo pomeriggio, così ho potuto prendermela comoda. Appartamento curato, pulito, attrezzato di tutto e nuovo, letto comodissimo e location molto tranquilla. Il mio appartamento aveva una terrazza enorme con vista sulla piana e dove potevo godermi la colazione sotto il sole e comodamente sdraiato sul lettino.Che dire , sicuramente quando tornerò sarò nuovamente loro ospite.

We had a wonderful stay at La Quercia. The location is perfect for exploring both the beaches and the beautiful towns of Puglia such as Lecce, Ostuni, Alberobello, and Polignano a Mare. Good base for all the sourandings. The house is quiet, surrounded by nature, and ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

The swimming pool area is very well maintained, clean, and peaceful – we really enjoyed spending time there. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and when is say everything i mean it.

Francesco was a fantastic host – very friendly, responsive, and helpful with local recommendations. Communication was easy and quick from the beginning.

We truly felt at home and would definitely come back. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a mix of relaxation and exploration in Puglia!

La maison est magnifique, très bien équipée, la piscine et le jardin superbes, Francesco
est très gentil et prévenant

Nos alojamos en el apartamento de dos habitaciones, y estuvimos genial . Tiene todo tipo de accesorios para poder cocinar, y las instalaciones están como en las fotos , es nuevo , y con buen gusto . Francesco es muy atento y amable , está pendiente de todo lo que necesitas , e incluso tiene bebidas frías a un buen precio. A la llegada nos recibió con unas pastas del lugar , y con bebidas frías.
La piscina es increíble, y solo es para tres apartamentos que tiene , con lo que prácticamente sueles estar solo o con poca gente .
Sin duda si volveremos a viajar en esa zona volveremos

Struttura nuova e pulita, i proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Le camere ampie e ben arredate e dotate di tutti i confort, cucina grande e ben fornita. Terrazzo con una bellissima visuale.Piscina magnifica.

Abbiamo soggiornato 15 giorni con i nostri 2 bimbi e non abbiamo avuto alcun problema, appartamento bilocale dotato di tutto il necessario con terrazzo sulla piscina che è pazzesca.
Francesco e la sua famiglia sono persone eccezionali, sempre disponibili e che curano la struttura 24 ore su 24.

La localisation, à proximité des principaux centres d'intérêt de la Vallée d'Itria, le confort luxueux du logement, la qualité de la literie, la merveilleuse piscine, le calme, l'environnement bucolique, la propreté impeccable de l'appartement qui est également très vaste et parfaitement équipé, la gentillesse et la prévenance de Francesco...
Il y a tout et même au-delà de ce à quoi on s'attend dans un hébergement de vacances et c'est assez rare pour être souligné.

Given a citronella candle with gas light, basic items for breakfast, typical items donated by the owners. Super hosts and super location.

The location is right in the heart of the Valle d’Itria hills, surrounded by nature. I really enjoyed the peace and the sound of birds in the early morning. The view from the Belvedere apartment is amazing. The apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay, and I hope to visit again soon!
