Pros:

Nous avons séjourner en famille.
Nous avons apprécié l'hospitalité des agents d'accueil.
Les chambres sont propre et confortables.
Celle difficultés là barrière de la langue car je ne parle pas anglais..
Hotel stratégique métro à proximité pour faire les monuments istanbul .
Un grand merci à hüseyin ,ismail pour leur bienveillance et efficacité même s'il on a eut des difficultés au niveau communication
Mille merci.

Cons:

Les réceptionniste du petit déjeuner ils ne sont pas été très aimable il débarrassait pas notre table .et ne disait ni bonjour ni aurevoir.
Se reconnecter à la wifi tous les 20minutes pas trop intéressant,

Pros:

Este foarte bine situat, ajungi cu ușurință la punctele cheie din centrul orașului și la mijloacele de transport.
Personalul foarte amabil și dispus să satisfacă fiecare cerință iar curățenia a fost făcută zilnic!

Cons:

Дуже поганий сніданок, взагалі не було нормальної їжі , ми жили 4 дня, то постійно було так погано , на останній сніданок навіть не йшли, не працювала витяжка, поламана ручка дверей у ванній, відламана розетка, це все було до того як ми заселилися. Не рекомендую

Pros:

Проживали в отеле с женой с 8 по 11 марта. В номере 8102. Всё очень понравилось, хорошие завтраки, уборка в номере каждый день. Везде чисто и достойно. Единственный минус не было русских каналов по тв. Думаю вернёмся сюда ещё.

Всем остались довольны
Pros:

Доброжелательный персонал, на рецепшене Хусейн нам все объяснил про все услуге в отеле ( есть сауна , бассейн ) , в номерах чисто , убирают каждый день, в столовой все вкусно. Расположение и отель нам понравились.

Locația, micul dejun, curățenia in camera, personalul.

Cons:

Am avut lipsa internet pe toată perioada sejurului. Menționez ca am fost cazati la ultimul etaj si ne-a deranjat destul de tare liftul, acolo se afla panoul de comandă al acestuia.
