Instead of the four rooms we originally booked, we were only provided with a two-bedroom condo. This arrangement is very crowded and inconvenient for us, as it forces us to share space with our male co-workers, which makes the stay uncomfortable. Moreover, we were still charged the same price as the four rooms we reserved, which is unfair and disappointing. The swimming pool policy states that only two persons per room are allowed to use the pool. Since we were only given one room instead of the four rooms we booked, most of my friends were not able to go swimming, which was very disappointing and unfair given our original reservation. Although they provided us with an additional room on the second night, we were still disappointed as it did not make up for the inconvenience, discomfort, and unfair treatment we experienced during the first night

The bed is good—it's so soft. What I didn't like about the stay was that there were so many small cockroaches walking all over the room, including on the utensils, plates, bed, and cabinets.

There was no kitchen sink which was very disappointing. They had cookware and all but no kitchen sink so I had to wash things for cooking at the sink in the comfort room which was so unappealing and so unhygienic. There are also a lot of cockroaches roaming around which made my stay uncomfortable. Even the storage for the plates and utensils had roaches lurking on them. The air-conditioning unit also had a problem, I set it to the coldest temperature but it couldn't hardly even make the bedside area cool. I've had better accommodations at the same place but in different rooms for the same price.

The room was infested with cockroaches, and despite this, the cleaner requested an additional P150.00 cleaning fee, yet the place remained unclean with cockroaches everywhere. This was quite unsatisfactory.

I didnt like the tiles of the kitchen. Madali lng mabasag. Hindi solid ang nasa electric stove banda. Malapit mabasag.

First room didn't have hot water, second room had cockroaches in the bathroom, room was not fit for 3 adults, trundle mattress smelt of urine, host is not on site and reception don't know anything about your booking, main sites e.g. museum, plaza etc are a grab distance or long walk away.
