Stunning views and surroundings. Staff extremely helpful.

Pros:

Jag gillar naturen och berget . Man känner sig hemma i detta hotel om man är en nature människa.
Hotellet ligger lite utanför staden och det finns inte några restauranger i direkt anslutning till hotellet. Det är dock väldigt lätt att boka en Tuk Tuk som kan köra en till stan på 5 minuter. Jag njut verkligen av miljön. Personalen är super trevliga och väldigt hjälpsamma och professionella. Hotellets restaurang erbjuder bra och vällagad mat .

Cons:

Det finns inget i min tycke som kunde vara bättre.

Pros:

Prime location 30 minutes down the mountain from Ella which is perfect if you want to avoid the crowds and stress in Ella. View is perfect! The staff is friendly to a degree we did not experience anywhere else during our three weeks in Sri Lanka and that says a lot! Everyone was warm and welcoming and made is feel at home. Instead of visiting the usual, overcrowded spot we can recommend to visit some of the waterfalls in the area - that was a far better experience that the bridge and Adams Peak. 5 minutes. Tuktuk drive away is Pallewella waterfall which is a must see. The walk from the main road is very nice through the rice paddies and we got the best fresh juices at a little bar on the way. One hour drive away Diyaluma falls which is a great day trip. You can swim in the pools at different levels and jump from the cliffs . Highly recommended.

Our driver also told us that this was the best facilities he has experienced with good meals, fresh fruit and laundry service without any charge.

Cons:

The interior is a bit tired and could use and overhaul some places.

Awesome stay
Pros:

The pool over looking the mountains is amazing super peaceful. It also has a. Viewing platform also is good for sunrise. The staff were helpful and all very nice. Rooms were spacious clean and big beds. Food was good as well. Would definitely come back.
