Рядом аква клуб катвата, лучше снять отель непосредственно в нём

Cons:

Цена не соответствует качеству. Нет даже душевой кабинки, на стенке в туалете весит смеситель. Скудный завтрак ,в номере нет даже чайника.

Pros:

Престоят ни беше страхотен! Спа зоната е добре поддържана, а басейнът ми се стори по-голям на живо, отколкото изглежда на снимките. Хотелът е чист, стаите са удобни, а персоналът е любезен и отзивчив. Закуската беше много вкусна, а дамата, която обслужва, е изключително мила и внимателна. Ресторантът работи от 12:00 до 23:00 ч., храната е вкусна, а отношението и вниманието от сервитьорите са на много високо ниво. Момичето на рецепция също беше много мило и любезно. Съотношението цена–качество е много добро. Чудесно място за почивка — с удоволствие бихме отседнали отново!

Cons:

Единствената ни забележка е към възглавниците — бяха или твърди, или много тънки и на буци. Бихме препоръчали да се обновят, за да е комфортът на съня на същото високо ниво като останалите удобства.

Pros:

Hôtel basique un peu ancien et plus au gout du jour; chgt immédiat de la chambre après constat d'une fuite de l'évacuation du wc mais cela aurait du être vu par le personnel de nettoyage !

Cons:

sdb avec douche sans bac et donc peu pratique avec de l'eau partout après la douche. petit déjeuner minimum.

Cons:

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The elevator was in extremely poor condition, and frankly, I was worried for my safety every time I used it. It did not look properly maintained, and when we entered with our luggage, the elevator dropped slightly. Worse, when we tried to exit, the doors closed on one of us, and it was clear the safety sensor was not working. I have never encountered a worse-maintained elevator in a hotel, and this is simply unacceptable.

The hotel calls itself a family hotel, but unfortunately, it felt “family” only in the sense that it was poorly managed and neglected — not in the sense of being warm, welcoming, or making guests feel at home. When I arrived, I tried to ask the receptionist about local sites. Instead of helping, she carried on a personal conversation with a man she knew who was standing nearby. She rushed through my check-in and never answered my questions. On other occasions, when we entered the hotel, the receptionist did not even look up to see who was coming in — anyone could have walked in, which felt strange and careless.

The spa facilities were also misleading. There was a note that the sauna and steam room were closed in August, but in September they still weren’t working due to “upkeep.” As someone who owns a sauna, I know that regular maintenance takes only a few days at most. It gave the impression that these facilities were simply being kept closed to save costs, which feels dishonest to guests.

Breakfast was another major disappointment. We arrived at 9:15, and almost everything from the hot buffet was gone. The only items left were a few sausages and some eggs. When we asked if more food would be brought out, the staff said no. The only replenished section was the cold cuts, which frankly raised concerns that they were being reused across days.
