Pros:

The room was clean and location was good . Since I was stay alone was hesitant. But it's actually safe .

Cons:

Ther was no AC , no breakfast but both of it was specified in the room I booked , it's summer and it was really hot . ..unable to stay ..they had not accepted the booking what I did and quoted a different price .

Nice stay

The location was much interior.
I did not opt for Breakfast.

Clean affordable hotel.
Pros:

Simple but clean room, Staff was welcoming. The reality almost matched the photos shown on the web. I stayed so that I could walk to the lake nearby. There are shops under the hotel where you can buy basic food, drinks and even electrical items.

Cons:

The area around is not clean. The approach road is broken, the area in front of the hotel is not paved but dusty. On the walk to the lake one sees rubbish an the side of the roads.
