Era un hotel moderno y cómodo en muchos sentidos. La habitación era fantástica, muy espacioso y la cama era muy cómoda. El baño funcionaba perfectamente y tenías agua mineral de manera gratuita, lo cual fue de agradecer. Por otro lado, tenían un servicio de lavandería gratuito (creo que 24h) que me vino realmente bien para lavar la ropa sucia que tenía. Tenían lavadoras y secadoras, que aunque no llegué a usar la segunda, te puede ayudar mucho a tener tu ropa lista de manera más rápida. Por otro lado, tenía un buffet de desayuno genial, con muchísimas opciones.
Esto no pretende ser una crítica al hotel, ni mucho menos, ya que depende más de Google, pero estaría bien que hablaran con responsables de la entidad para que ajustaran la localización del lugar en la aplicación de Google Maps. Pasé un buen rato tratando de encontrar el hotel en cuestión porque la referencia provista estaba equivocada (al menos con un margen de 200 metros).
A little bit far from the downtown, but located near subway station (around 5-7 minutes), so it was quite easy to move around. A bunch of cafes, shops are nearby, so it was no problem to go to get some food. Room was quite spacious, light and clean. Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast also was not bad, but I felt the options for me were quite limited because I'm not really used to Chinese food, but still got something to eat, so I think it was not bad.
Just one bad point, that they have many hotels within this chain, so first I went to the wrong hotel, after I asked staff to help me to get a taxi and navigate to the right location, they still sent me to the wrong address😅 and only after that the nice lady at the second hotel managed to send me to the correct location. Consists that my phone died, it was late, and I was tired, it was not really fun. So just be careful about the address and better to confirm with the staff before arrival. Other than that, I had a great time staying here.

Gostei de tudo no entanto o endereço do hotel no Booking é diferente do verdadeiro. Acabamos ficando perdidos e o mesmo aconteceu com um.amigo alguns meses atrás.
Location of the property is good,close to a metro for easy access to places. Room was clean. Breakfast was good for the cheap price we paid for the room. As noted in other reviews,staff didn’t speak English but we communicated via translation app and they were helpful. You just heed to have an app loaded on your phone it wasn’t a big issue for us.
Really needed a mini fridge in the room. Only hotel we have stayed in that hasn’t had one.
The room and shower were very spacious. Very comfortable beds. It was very clean. Good buffet breakfast with lots of options. The interiors looked a bit old and need to be renovated.
The staff speak little to no English, which we didn't expect since it's an international chain.

Clean and comfortable room
Requested taxis to the North train station. The guy at front office walked with us outside to help us. I showed him our train tickets that showed north but he told the taxi the south train station. We missed the train and had to fly to Shanghai at a 300 USD per person ticket and we were 10 people and not a refund for train ticket either.. Not acceptable ! We are formally complaining to their corporate office.
