Cons:

Dịch vụ. Sơ hở gì cũng tính thêm tiền, mà dịch vụ ko ok. Trước chuyến đi Đà Lạt gđ bị lừa đảo tiền trên mạng trên mạng bởi 1 page mang tên ks đã thấy hơi xu, vẫn cố chấp vào booking.com book 1 căn hộ tại ks này. Gđ mình đến trc 2h chiều khoảng 15ph để nhận phòng thì lễ tân báo nhà mình ngồi chờ vì khách mới trả phòng giờ mới bắt đầu dọn dẹp, đáng lẽ khi biết có khách book sau thì ks nên báo trc cho nhóm khách cũ trả phòng đúng giờ, thấy mình khó chịu lễ tân có nó có gì để e giảm giá lại bù. Chờ hơn 30ph lên nhận thì phòng ẩm ướt, toilet còn dính bọt kem đánh răng của khách cũ, ghế sofa cũ da nứt nẻ, cửa kính phòng, lan can bện dơ. Thật sự ai đi du lịch nhiều và sợ cái cảm giác phòng ốc mới đc vệ sinh xong còn ẩm ướt mình vô liền thì sẽ hiểu nớ ớn ớn như thế nào. Trả 6tr9 tiền căn hộ, thêm 1tr6 tiền extra cho tài xế và người nhà đến sau, hơn 8tr bạc cho 3 ngày thì mình thấY ĐL có nhiều chỗ lưu trú có dv tốt hơn. Mà sau đó check out trả phòng cũng ko thấy nhắc refund lại tiền như đã nói 😂 … Thôi trải nghiệm cho biết chứ bye đây luôn rồi

Cons:

Hơi cũ và toilet hôi do ống xả xuống cấp. Ko có kính soi cả người mặc dù không gian rộng để được rất nhiều vị trí. Vòi xịt toilet chỗ có chỗ ko , đã gắn thì gắn hết cho KH dùng chứ

Đây là lần thứ 4 mình nghỉ ở The Luxe, ks luôn là lựa chọn của mình mỗi khi đến Đà Lạt. Dịch vụ của ks không có gì để than phiền, lễ tân nhiệt tình, thân thiện, tiện nghi của khách sạn thì đầy đủ, vị trí thuận lợi để đi bất cứ nơi đâu tại Đà Lạt, vệ sinh phòng ốc cũng sạch sẽ, phòng nghỉ rộng rãi, nệm êm ái, mạng wifi mạnh, nói chung là chúc cho khách sạn luôn duy trì dịch vụ tuyệt vời như thế mãi.

Rất hy vọng ks phát triển và ngày càng có nhiều chi nhánh hơn vì sự chu đáo và tuyệt vời của khách sạn cần được nhân rộn
Pros:

Lễ Tân và các anh chị buồng phòng 10 điểm vì tác phong và cách làm việc cực kỳ chuyên nghiệp nhưng lại rất thân thiện

Cons:

Đầu tư thêm về thang máy, khu vực sau vườn nên làm đẹp mắt hơn và khu vực phòng chờ trong sảnh lễ tân nên làm ấm cúng và đầu tư hơn, tuy nhiên mọi thứ đã rất tốt chỉ cần giữ phong cách tối giản như hiện tại là sẽ rất thu hút

Pros:

The reception staff was very friendly and helpful especially Ms Ngan. They helped us book transportation and made restaurant bookings.

Cons:

I did not realise that most of the hotels in Da Lat did not have air conditioning. Although the weather was cool, the fan was quite noisy so it did disturb my sleep. There were no good cafe/restaurants within walking distance.

overall a very disappointing stay
Cons:

Location was way out of town, and encouraged to get takeaway as it was not situated close to restaurants they thought were suitable.
Staff not really that helpful, had to research and arrange our own tours in town.
No aircon
Lobby couches were absolutely filthy, great first impression.
No coffee/milk provided in rooms.
Breakfast was cancelled due to unknown circumstances.
