Very clean.
Spying on my conversations,Asked me why I needed more than the one toilet roll place in bathroom.

First day stay was Fine second day not so good.
I booked this property which was still listed just before 6pm I was advised online I could request a book in time which I sent. I contacted the owner to say I'm in Bristol and partner be there to pick up keys she confirmed how it's a family home, so beware u will be living with a family in there home and that u have to be there by 6pm which was stated but also a time was able to say when u was coming. Lady was rushed and not co operative and I got a £10 refund from not staying at the property. Very poorly managed
Then she blocked my number and took my money and I had to cancel my trip. Beware

Had an amazing stay at the Bell's: Shakira is the perfect host and thinks of every detail to make her guests feel welcome and comfortable. She has a beautiful house and I was immediately able to relax. I slept like a log!

Very elegant home, very large comfy bed in spacious bedroom. Delightful host.
None of these were a problem for us, but not sure we had taken on board that the bathroom is not ensuite, but across a hallway. We were also fine just with the ability to make cup of tea in the morning. If you want breakfast, and I’m not sure the description on the website makes it clear, you have to order it in advance before you come.
Tuve una experiencia maravillosa durante mi estancia en Londres. El lugar estaba muy bien ubicado, limpio, cómodo y tal como se mostraba en las fotos. Pero lo que realmente hizo especial mi visita fue la atención y amabilidad de Shakira, nuestra anfitriona. Siempre estuvo disponible para responder mis preguntas y me dio excelentes recomendaciones para disfrutar al máximo de la ciudad. Se notaba que se preocupa sinceramente por el bienestar de sus huéspedes. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo 100 % a quien quiera sentirse como en casa en Londres. ¡Gracias por todo, Shakira!

I had a lovely comfortable room. Very kind host. I did not have breakfast there out of my own choice but host was ready to provide it if i wanted to take breakfast. Place ideally situated for my circumstances. Clean and tidy. Well done.

Lovely, clean and spacious room, the hostess was very pleasant and attentive. The location isn't far from the train station and the local amenities. A nice quiet area, easily accessible by the train from London Waterloo. Highly recommend.

Freezing cold, the heating was not on for the entire stay on a cold weekend. Whilst there is an electric fire in the room its not powerful enough to heat the room. All other rooms - hall and bathroom were freezing. Advertised as having kitchen facilities. Lets just I was not welcome to use them. If you don't really want guests in your house then don't let out a room and charge over the top for it. Bad stay, bad value for money.
A warm welcome from the owner. Good communication and we were thankful that Shikira was able to accommodate our request of dropping a bag earlier than check in. A clean and comfortable stay in a quiet residential area. Many thanks for your hospitality.
