Pros:

I enjoyed my "stay", when the hotel was closed and no one was reachable at the phone number written on the door.

Cons:

I made a reservation one month before arrival and paid 94 euro for one night. After couple of days I received a short message with the info, that the hotel was closed because of police. The reservation still remained in force. Therefore I didn't change it and came to Rimini as it was planed. Surprise happened: hotel was CLOSED.
An unknown man came out, saying police closed it, please call the reception. Phone was not reachable, no one responded back.
I wrote to booking.com support and a hotel two times, still no answer received, despite they should answer within 48 hours. A month is gone...

MY ADVISE TO ANYONE: better avoid this hotel and keep your money safe.
