Hotel cancelled late on saturday evening. Had to start dispute to get money back.
Cons:

Paid in advance and got confirmation. Got message 1730 on saturday night, 40 min before arrival that room wasn't available. Was told they would contact booking and I would get my money back on monday. Had to start dispute through booking.com on wednesday.
Edit: Refused to check in? I have the sms and email through booking.com from you that the room wasn't available. I got plenty of screenshots and photos of the conversation. It's friday and I'll have the money next week. Hopefully. I got no notification through you or booking that anything was happening until I started the dispute on Wednesday. And now on Friday I get angry whatsapp messages from you complaining about the bad review and me lying. You just lied in your response to this review. I didn't. You decided to use booking.com website and get room prepaid through them. I had to waste vacation time dealing with the fallout and change plans. Gongratulations for earning the first terrible review I've given. And the first edit to a review text.

Pros:

Изключително чисто и подредено! На 5 минути от центъра и 10 от плажа. Просторна стая с всичко необходимо, хубава тераса, удобно легло, общо взето всичко беше отлично!

Cons:

Термостатът на хладилника беше повреден и изстудяваше прекалено много.
